East Texas Sasquatch

I spoke to Bob Garrett last night and he has agreed to come on the show and give us an update on what he has going on there in Texas. We will see if Bob will retell his most recent and unexpected encounter while sitting in the truck waiting for the guys to retrieve the game cams. Tim Sermons came on a week or so ago and gave us an update and shared some audio files with us and recounted what had happen to them. Tim and Bob’s son Travis were getting the game cams, it was about 11am and Bob was sitting in the truck when they heard loud screaming. Tim looked at Travis and said “That was a Sasquatch,,,,,I think the noise is coming from the truck” as the men rushed back to the truck they found Bob pointing his pistol out the window towards the treeline.

Bob and his group have an aggressive camera project they have implemented and they are getting results. Look for the update this week!

CAN WE ASK HIM WHY HE WAS IN THE TRUCK AND DID HE HAVE A CAMERA WITH HIM AT THE TIME AND CAN THEY GET THE FUNDS TO GET CAMERAS LIKE THE ONES OUR POLICE WEAR …COULD WE START A FUND RAISER THAT ALL THAT GIVE THAT PERCENT WOULD BE GIVEN BACK AT THE END OF A GOOD FILM OR MAKE A GOOD SHOW OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING …ANYWAY I AM RETIRED AND WOULD LIKE TO HELP.

From the sounds of things, there is already quite a bit of significant footage from the area. However, “it complicated” and we will have to be patient to see what surfaces. Mr. Garrett is extremely brave in many ways. To continue his pursuit despite the harassment from agency bullies is as impressive as his cool nerve in the field while fully aware of the grouchy Texas biped’s potential. They don’t make too many men like Mr. Garrett anymore, do they folks? This is history unfolding.

Bob hasn’t been feeling well that’s why he stayed and as for him not having a camera this is a man who seen these creatures so many times he probably list count. He is probably the best in the buisness and from what I hear about those Texas Sasquatch the only thing you need in your hand is a gun like he did.

I know the fear it must be something that bigfoot projects. I had someone or thing beating on my home when I lived in nachogoches Texas in the 90s. I stopped it by sticking a chainsaw out my open window.

Wow… I cannot come even remotely close to saying I’ve ever had to consider such an action.

Once the Forums are up we should have a thread – “The Wackiest Thing You’ve Done In The Name Of Sasquatch”

THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND- BOB GARRETT. Every episode that has Bob Garrett on it is very much an episode of Legendary Status. He kind of reminds me of Steve Irwin in a lot of ways. Because he is constantly around aggressive life threatening powerful predators that could easily kill without question but he still goes back in the field to educate us and himself, to give us amazing hair raising encounters for us time and time again and it doesn’t shake him or detour him from getting out there day after day. The man is definitely one of the forefathers in Sasquatch research. And he is just all around a great, wise, and strong willed man. What would that Sasquatch subject and community be without people like Bob Garrett, Bear and Coonbo? They are definitely ahead of their time in sasquatch research hands down

    WoooHoooo!!!!

    Fun times in Jurassic Zoo!!!!

    Thank you, Wes!!!

Say, how many monkey farms do they have in Texas(including other southern states)? And how often do they ‘accidently’ escape? And do you suppose the escapees might bump uglies with boogers? And is that why southern boogers act differently from PNW boogers?

Thank you Wes for the exciting news. I, like the others, can’t wait for that show. I don’t ever want to go into the woods where there is BF activity, but I sure love hearing about others encounters. Thanks again for all the hard work you do. We sure appreciate it.

dianna m, you’d be in a bad mood too if you have to wear a fur coat and a thick wig in this heat and humidity that we have to endure in the deep south. Hahaha. That and the bad skeeters that love all the moisture down here too.

Yupper, Donna G. I’m down here in central left coast Florida, 10+ miles west of Myakka St. Pk. Land of vipers & squeezers, gators, boogers, sharks & them pesky blood suckin’ disease riddled skeeters.

“Land of vipers & squeezers, gators, boogers, sharks & them pesky blood suckin’ disease riddled skeeters….”

Just how many Fed Departments do you have stationed in Florida? – I thought they were all in D.C. πŸ˜‰

Thanks Wes. The site has been getting better everyday. I can really see how it has grown over the past few months. I can’t wait for the forums to return!

Steven B, you struck again! Seems every time I scope out one of your comments, I have to say ” dang! why didn’t I think of that?” Too bad we live so far apart, I’ll bet you’re awfully good campfire company. Please, keep em coming!

    • Steven B

Thanks, Kim. I appreciate the accolades. Been a long while since I’ve been at a campfire. Now that I’ve been listening to the encounters here and then the ones at “Dogman Encounters” I might be a little bit on the jumpy side wondering what is just outside the light from the fire. πŸ˜‰ Of course, I’m sure you’ll be toatally relaxed when you hear me quietly say, “Come on out, you mangy varmint, into the light, so I can blow your hide clean offen your carcass…:” πŸ˜‰ Yeah, I think we’d get along fine. πŸ™‚

      Cheers

The requested guests and encounters are starting to pile up. It may take an 8hr show to get caught up. I could live with a jam packed hour each night for a week straight. I’m ready for some more 5,4,3,2,1,………………… Listen to your mom Wes.

Bob’s the best. Can’t wait to hear from him about this most recent encounter and if there is any news on the gov. cover-up front (your tax dollars at work).

Important Questions for Bob — what is that status of the hospitalized victim from the ‘torn up camp’ incident? Have the other 2 been found or are they still missing? If missing is there a current investigation? Is Bob still being harassed by the authorities?
