It’s just a spider web…. I see that all the time…. gotta brush off the webs and evict Mr spider from the camera vicinity…

I have a video of the same thing but it was vertical, it was moving up and down vertically all over the yard. I kept reference videos of spiders on webs, both at a distance and up close. Also have bats, deer, dogs, bobcat, dust, rain, car lights ect as reference. Amazingly bats, spiders, bobcat, deer were easy to identify. None of my spider videos look like these things. These were one of several type of light anomalies on my property.
