SC EP:236 Its skin was charcoal gray

I will be speaking to three witnesses, the first witness writes “On April 3, 2016 my daughters 27 year old friend of 15 years & I were leaving Fair Grove MO around 9:30 p.m. heading south on Hwy 65 to Springfield MO.  4 miles south of Fair Grove around mile marker 60 on the west side of the Highway in the drop of the side of the road something came into the sight of my headlights.  At that time I drove a 1999 Grand Marquis.  What we saw next was huge.  It was facing away from the road toward the ridge.  It’s head was looking down.  We saw huge shoulders about 4 to 5 feet wide.  It’s right arm was as big as a man’s thigh,  a well built man.  It’s waist went in like it’s shoulders were the top of a V and the waist a solid bottom of a V.  It probably weighed about 800 lbs. I would say.  It’s skin was charcoal gray and it had scarce hair a tan to auburn color, like it had mange or something.

I said to Tina “What is that?”  she said “I don’t know but it is huge.”  We repeated that to each other about 3 times.  Then I asked “Should we stop?”  She said “No, I’m going to pee myself.”  I asked “Should we turn around and go back?”  She said “No really I’m going to pee myself.”  I then told her to call my father who lives in Fair Grove and we were telling him about it.”

I had the opportunity to speak to the witnesses father and he shared with me his own encounter when he was younger and has agreed to come on the show.

My final guest shares with us encounters that his family had back in the 1950’s, he writes “Hello Wes! I just started listening to the show and I have a few stories for you that my family and I have experienced.

In 1954, my mother was 14 and lived near Elkhorn City, Kentucky. They lived in a small community at the foot of a mountainous area. One afternoon, my mom and her sister, my aunt walked across the road from their home to a small general store to buy a soda. After exiting the store, they sat on a bench on the walkway to talk and enjoy the view of the mountain that came down to meet their backyard at home. While sitting there, my mom noticed movement in a hilltop meadow.

The meadow was a small area nestled between two ridges that were covered in trees and brush. Her first thought was that it was a man walking into the woods following an old sheep trail but couldn’t tell at that moment. When she looked closer the figure had made its way onto the sheep trail and was moving from her right to her left. She was shocked when she finally was able to get a clear look at the figure and saw that it was a man covered in hair. Long hair on its head and shorter over the rest of its body. She screamed and pointed it out to my aunt who saw it too.

When my mom screamed, it stopped and stared at them. My aunt ran into the store to get the store owner. He came out and saw the figure as well. They asked him what it was and she tells me she can still hear his words to this day, “I don’t know what that Goddamn thing is! It’s some kind of wild man!” The figure then continued on its way around the mountain and out of sight.
Leading up to this event, my grandmother always left the doors open on the house due to it being hot and back then, you could trust your neighbor. One day, she returned home to find her oven door open and a pan of biscuits was pulled out of the oven and half the pan was consumed. After questioning the family she found that no one took the blame for the caper. 2 days later, the same scenario happened again. This time none of the family were around but her and she became worried about the situation. My grandfather made her lock the doors when she left after this happened.

Another incident was when my grandfather’s smoke house was raided by something with a taste for smoked pork. A few years after that, the chickens were “cutting up a fuss” near 10:00 at night and my grandmother’s little dog began to bark furiously at the bank door. My father was there visiting my mom (date night!) and he went out back with my grandfather to see what was bothering the birds. They had a large flashlight and did shine the area of the coop but found nothing in or near the pen. Then my father noticed scratch marks on a sassafras tree adjacent to the coop.

They were nail scrapes about a half inch wide and spaced out about an inch apart and were close to 9 feet up the tree. Neighbors came the next day to look at them. I’m shocked that at no time no one tried to look for tracks or search for this “wild man” but she told me that back then no one knew about things like this. Hope you enjoyed my story.     Thank you Wes. Great show. I really enjoy the “generation” stories. That is so cool. And I so agree with this sad world we live in. I watch my grandchildren and pray for them. We never had a worry growing up except grades, and sticker burrs. This old world is at a crazy place right now when we disrespect our very 1st line if defense, and are lied to by our last. Scary times.

      I wonder if the Racism you hear – is from the Black Hebrew Israelite ? Who believe the White Man is a descendant of Esau. Which I do not Believe for a second.
      Genesis 25 : 25 tells of Rebekah , the Twins Mother ; felt the Boy’s Struggling together within Her. She went Before the Lord to Inquire Why . And She was Told “‘ 2 Nations are in Your Womb , And 2 manner of People will be Seperated from your Bowels , The one People will be Stronger than the Other People , the elder will serve the Younger ” And the Following Story can be Read , with EVERYTHING that is Said of the Oldest Brother – Can Also be said of the Sasquatch People of the Forest. ( Because the Native American say they are People ……. I have Always thought them as People . And When I found this Story in the Bible ! And it started talking about 2 Manner of People ? One Stronger than the Other ? ( Is this telling of the 2 Manner of People that Inhabit this Planet Today ? of Us Humans ( Every Single Color ) & our Neanderthal Brother ? )
      Isn’t It Fascinating ? That Esau Married a Canaanite Women to Spite His Parents ? And weren’t They one of these Nephilim Tribes that Survived the Flood ? ( So I Guess that does insinuate that the Sasquatch are Nephilim ? )
      I do not care if Jesus was a Black Man ? I am DOWN ! I come from Detroit – I LOVE MO – TOWN ! If Jesus was a Black Man ? GREAT ! I am Also a Man ! ( Not A Hairy Man )

    Hell0. What worries me about the car thing is if they attack the car. Or your changing tire or have a break down….they kidnap you on the side of the road. Want to mention, I never liked the doors open at my grandparents house. I never saw or had anything cone into the house. But many times, even during the heat of summer, I would shut the front door. I can’t say for sure one came up to my grandma’s house but there is a lot of circumstantial evidence. Bob

    Heavy hearts indeed, Baton Rouge is close to where I live in MS. You can feel the tension in the air. I was at the grocery store earlier and if I had not felt it I wouldn’t believe it. We’ve worked so hard to get where we are in the South. We hate the stigma that the 50”s, 60’s and 70’s left on us and I for one will not take 5 steps back after going 6 steps forward. Prayers for not only Baton Rouge but the whole world.

These are the kinds of encounters that are so believable from people sound very down to earth – no embellishments, just the facts and what they saw. Great show!

      Oh, Pam Purple Rose! I was just talking to my sister and her son who live in Texas. We all agreed, Jesus said when you “see” all things come to pass,”look up for your redemption draws near!” Jesus told us the truth, that we would have trouble, but He said, look up… and “Be of good Cheer” for I have overcome the world. It’s not a worldly cheer, that is for sure. No one is cheerful seeing this stuff going on. But, we are confident that as the words are unsealed, we will understand more and more. Thanks for your boldness, and kindness. I am praying for us all.

      ~Thomas, I’ve wondered that too. I think perhaps it they might be in the Instagram site, with its icon at the top of the page on the right. I can’t figure anything else than that. Anyone?

      ~Regarding judgments about political affiliations… the one free bastion of this site is freedom to make up your own minds. Is it really a platform to encourage to vote one way or the other? If we keep up this left / right paradigm, the whole house of cards will fall down. Back when I was a kid (you know, back when the crust of the earth was still warm) two things we kept to ourselves, how we voted, and secret sauce recipes… Remember we are Americans first. The constitution is our fail safe.

    Pam, you are correct. When they say peace…worry. three things to watch. One…here’s for the conspiracy show….Isreal is starting a,tunnel to get the ark of the covennant. The rise of a united babylon…which to me is us. Europe, Australia, and Canada, and south africa…to again take out the Muslim problem. Third the son of perdition to be revieled. Bob

    These things just bewilder us in Britain. In the end, when you lot stop selling battle standard guns like you are selling candy bars, might just start making a difference. But you just won’t have it, so there’s no point. Even our Police on the beat don’t have guns here. You could have listened to the President, but again he was denied. An excellent President and a great mat man would have been the greatest President you’ve ever had if you’d all let him be.

    You are a good man, Wes. Law enforcement is a rough career. I am ( thankfully) a retired Baltimore Police officer.
    Awesome show!! Wow, those encounters ROCKED!
    I would want to see one in the same kind of way– where I could get away ( hopefully???) quickly!!!

    Erdogan came out with 2000 judges names 2 hours after the coup started, nothing to do with the Turkish president being investigated for corrupt financial practices, there is also the rumor that turkey is bying isis oil.

    Look can we keep religion out of this debate/subject please! Lets be adults. I would be more concerned with the fact that when Wes mentioned about the Gaul of these creatures to come into a kitchen and raid food shelves, my god imagine coming down at 1 in the morning and literally rein acting that scene from Harry and the Henderson.

    Dr.west I have a suggestion why doesn’t anybody try putting up electric fence around their home if they’re being terrorized by Sasquatches not one person has tried this I guarantee a good jolt we keep them at Bay it’s like getting burned when a kid touches a hot stove I’m telling you I just know that it would work if electric fences if kept out large predators in the past why I went to work on them just a suggestion

    What are the odds that the Squatches running out in front of vehicles is done on purpose? What if it’s a matter of them trying to cause a disturbance? Remember the story of the Squatch that ran in front of the snowplow or garbage truck, which ever it was? that Squatch was hurt pretty bad, and he was pounding the ground, they said, like he was sending out Morse code, and he was screaming. Then, when the people turn their back on him, somehow, he jumped up with a broken leg, and disappeared into the trees in a lot less time than it should’ve taken him. As if his friends were out there, waiting for the opportunity to pick him up and run out into the woods with him.
