The Great Dismal Swamp is in my backyard! Tho I’ve never heard of any creatures being there, there are some historical accounts of Bigfoot/Dogman being seen. I’ve never heard any recent accounts tho. It’s a scary place for sure. It has a triple canopy so there’s no cell phone reception there. Many folks hunt bear there, my husband has hunted there a couple times, which terrifies me. It’s just a bad place. I get bad vibes from it when I’m driving on Highway 17 that goes thru part of the swamp. I know it’s a dumping sight for criminals to hide or destroy evidence. I’m sure even bodies are out there! As far as a Bigfoot/Dogman living there, it’s the perfect place to thrive.

Well that was inter-resting… Boy, am I glad you don’t push the ‘sign up now’ mantra. To pretty much assure I won’t sign up to a site is for the patron to beg for hits and sign ups. I don’t mind the commercials you occasionally place on the site. Anyway, thanks for posting.

I remember listening to an episode of Brenton’s where a man claimed that as a boy, he witnessed a man transform into a wolf. Supposedly the man got out a jar of black Vaseline and rubbed it all over…..well and the screaming and growling began. ?
Fast forward to last week I’m listening to a totally different podcast and a man claims in college he was writing a paper on ancient witchcraft. He scours the web and finds an old creepy site with a recipe of rubbing wolf fat on your body to ‘turn’……scary as s$#& if you ask me.

I couldn’t believe that it was a ‘real thing’ until I was listening to another podcast recently and they mentioned the wolf fat and something about a belt….if memory serves me, I’m thinking the boy (now a man) on Brenton’s show mentions one…..I’ll have to listen again I guess.
