Watch: Man approached by Sasquatch

I want to start showing you guys and gals the areas of some of the reports in my area. Report # 6806: Man approached by Sasquatch, south of Yacolt, WA.

The witness reports:”I have often thought I saw someone run across the road while I deliver the paper. I often stopped to use the restroom in the same spot. I heard funny noises, but thought it was a bear or some other animal grunting and what not. Last night (about 4:30 AM actually, so this morning) I was stopped along the road looking over my route sheet, when out of the corner of my eye I saw someone walking.

I slowly reached up and turned off the light. I put the car in gear, and looked over. What I saw made the hair stand on the back of my neck, and got tears in my eyes. It wasn’t 7 feet tall, more like 6 feet or so – I’m guessing, because it didn’t seem to be bending over too far to look at me. It was maybe 5 or 6 feet away from my car. I was so frightened that I drove off as fast as I could. I called 911 and they thought I was a nut, and said it was most likely a vagrant, or homeless guy. I don’t think so.”

OMG! I always thought your area was a hot spot, Wes, but this along with all of the other info you bring forth really hits home with just how much these things are a threat there (and everywhere pretty much, for that matter). Hopefully more folks will take heed when out and about. I know I do now.

It’s such a beautiful area. In my mind it’s no wonder they reside in such lush surroundings. I would.

I wish I had been there with you and Woody that fateful night. The surroundings… The beasts… The brute and the brawn… What an experience

That was one hairy scary experience. Anymore it seems like 911 has a closed mind when it comes to reporting things like this. Glad he got down the road fast. Janetta Thank you Wes.

No offense intended but I just don’t get how so many people read ‘threat’ and ‘danger’ seemingly into every sighting of one of these things… I don’t doubt that even seeing one might be terrifying no matter what it’s doing at the time… But when all it does is calmly look at the witness who then flees in terror why do so many people here act like the witness likely barely escaped with his or her life and if only that witness had been properly armed he could have blasted the evil monster to hell like it deserved! How dare it look at a fragile little human and blink for godsake! The only good BigFoot is a dead BigFoot etc etc ad-terrified-infinitum!

So? What’s up with that? Shouldn’t we wait on the bloodlust until one at least makes a vaguely hostile gesture? I’m all for self-defense… I’m even all for forgiving someone who panicked and presumed a threat that might’ve been a bluff charge and not truly life threatening so long as the terrified in question actually leaves the scene… But like a few weeks ago when a witness described seeing some feeble possibly sick looking frail and elderly-looking BigFoot lurking near her backporch where the witness said it never made a threatening move but she went back inside anyway just to be on the safe side… And she said it wasn’t much taller than 5-foot something… And then the comments on Sasquatch Chronicles were all of the fear-driven bloodlust variety. Why? Just fear run amok? More blood lust out there than I thought? Why why why? And please stop that. You’re all better than that. I know because I’m a condescending bastard who just knows things like that.

I agree 100% William Travis. Well said my friend. Too many gun happy scared freaks out there that think shoot n kill first is only option. Says a lot about our society n us as a species. SAD.

Hey Travis & Frank, Not real sure where you two are coming from, but maybe this site will help. If not here, then please read the Missing 411 books, and then you might get a clue as to what these beings are capable of. If one of them was about to grab one of you loved one’s, what in the heck would you do? Not sure if you guys are in the right camp or not, maybe you are. I always taught my kids, better safe than sorry, or shoot first, and ask forgiveness later if you need to. I can guarantee 100%, if you are ever in close proximity to one or more of these things, you’re going to wish you had massive fire-power, and that your legs didn’t give out from under you body. If you’re just plain skeptics, or deniers’, well, I get it. Pray that you never get close to one, and if you never do, consider yourselves blessed. David. P.S. Very nice job on the mini-vid, Wes! Makes the show much more interesting with the camera, along with your narration.
