I am working on the audio for the member show. It is probably one of the best encounters I have heard from a lady named Mary. She grew up on a property that had these creatures around and she had several encounters. The last one she had really upset her. She has never returned to the property.
Before we get to that tonight I will be speaking to Kevin who is originally from Ireland. He shares some folklore from Ireland and shares an encounter he had with a little green man. What we would assume in a America to be a little man in green or a leprechaun but Kevin explains that something is lost in translation because what he saw was what most would consider to be a 2-3 foot tall little grayish/green alien. Not only did he see it but his family saw it. Kevin said “In our culture we would leave it gifts to leave us alone. My aunt said it had the head of a porcelain doll because it was so smooth and the face did not move.”
Kevin says “I came to America and joined the Marines. I served this country but my strange experiences did not stop in Ireland I have also seen a Sasquatch.”

Sounds like a great show. Can’t wait. Since you had Travis Walton on the show I’ve been a little more interested in the alien abduction phenomenon. Mike Cllelands book ‘The Messengers’ is fascinating. It explores the synchronistic role owls often play in the abduction scenario. I highly recommend it. Plus I can now be creeped out by owls while I am out not finding bigfoot. Lol.

(New Jersey) I’ve also noticed a lot of shows containing stories of UFOs and aliens, in addition to Sasquatch. When I was younger, I was much more interested in UFOs than Bigfoot. Over time that has changed. However I know some have a strong belief in a connection between Bigfoot and UFOs! That may certainly have merit. It’s the really “far out” encounters that I have trouble with. Shortly after I joined SC, I remember a show which I think involved Bigfoot, but also another sighting that I simply can’t digest. This fellow lived on a farm. He remembers walking around the corner of his barn, only to observe a baby floating along in a bubble!! Yes, clear as day he saw a baby in a bubble floating by!? Now I’d like to think that I am as opened minded as Anybody on this site. But to this day,this remains an encounter that I simply can’t comprehend! Oh well, I’m rambling. Looking forward to what should be a Great show!

Sounds great, Wes. I know that some folks want you to stay in the Sasquatch box but I for one am glad you don’t. There may be connections between other cryptid and some paranormal experiences that won’t be made if we limit our interest and knowledge to only one type. Hope you’ll continue to cover all cryptid encounters!
