We will continue this holiday weekend as Todd Standing will be my guest. He has recently filed a law suit against the Canadian government to prove Sasquatch are real. Can you ask todd if there has to be any physical evidence of the creature minus pics, eyewitnessess, encounters, more like as in hair or something from the body of the squatch in order to make it stick in court??? Just a thought thats been in my mind since i have heard about todd taking it too court cause i just feel a judge is gonna want to lean more towards that type of evidence get what i mean?

Here’s a couple questions for Todd; does he have or has he had any confirmed DNA evidence? If so, would he share what was determined?
Does he have a degree in a scientific field? (Helps establish credibility, although not necessary). Why did he start investigating Sasquatch?
Have there been overt threads made because he continues to investigate the subject? Has he received a visit from government/military telling him cease with his work?

A court case can establish legal status that, I suppose, could influence how government agencies carry out their missions. However, a judge cannot “prove” something exist outside legal implications (i.e., liability). Todd declined to explain his claim of standing on the video. He has to argue….and convince a judge…that he suffers personal grievance by the government…or someone else (he did not say)…negligently covering up the known existence of Bigfoot….to his detriment. We shall see.
Ask him:
1) what is the name of his case? Standing vs who?
2) what is his argument for standing? What will a judge’s ruling in his favor resolve….legally for him?
3) if he wins, how would he expect government lawyers to win counter suits of people that now have standing of liability for a species that scientists will admit we have no irrefutable proof exist?
My neighbor could show a few blobsquatch pictures to a judge and have people two doors down testify to seeing a Bigfoot lounging in my pool. If the judge ruled that Bigfoot exist and my pool is “protected habitat,” I would sue for reversal and have a much easier time of it because there is no evidence of standing that I am harming a Bigfoot. It is easy to prove that I am suffering….where is your proof that Bigfoot in my backyard is suffering?
I am a scientist. I believe. But a legal ruling by a judge will not “prove” that Bigfoot exist. A body or undisputed and repeated (predictable) observation are required. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Todd Standing-Guys go to Itues and watch his new documentary called “the Discovery” I beleive. I have rented it twice which is stupid because I could of bought it for that price. However it is very entertaining and Todd is so energetic and sincere it is hard not to take him seriously. Also he captured new footage of a so called bigfoot that has no hair on the face, grey skin and a look that will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up from home. It is the first time I have seen anything like the one in my encounter. Give it a view guys before tonight. Both Dr. John Bindernagal and Dr Jeff Meldrum are in the Doc. This is also the expedition that Dr. Meldrum had his encounter.

I’m sorry Wes but that interview with Standing only confirmed what a mentally ill, troubled, bullshit artist he is. Todd is and always will be a person who has zero credibility in my mind. His court case is doomed.
