To blurry to tell. I have thought for years most likely a Lemur in a Zoo setting. However it seems to large to be a Lemur. Best guess is Chimpanzee that can jump large distances both verticle and horizontal. There is no way one can be proof positive with this blurry very short video. Back when this first made the internet there were several Russians making hoax videos of Bigfoots, just like here in the states and provinces.
