A listener writes “I was driving to work and all coal miners traveled this road it was around 4:00 in morning. I topped the hill and I had a led light bar on my geo tracker come down hill and crossed a strip mine road then it goes through a set of humps.
As I went over first hump there was something laying in road with yellow eye shine and was solid black it soaked up the light. It stood up on 4 legs and was the biggest animal I ever seen it looked exactly like a wolf. Probably twice the size of two German shepherds when I drove by it its head was at top of geo tracker it didn’t run off I had stopped it just looked directly at me with an evil look.
It looked like a wolf and looked like part human. When I come to myself I took off and another coal miners traveled was behind me and said they was something there but he wouldn’t talk about it and he was in the navy during war time.
Now I’ve seen and heard a lot of paranormal things. This was in Harlan county Kentucky and mountain we crossed was desolate nobody lived there and it was a mountain you didn’t want to stop on anyway due to people had been murdered. You always have a gun loaded with you.
Even witchcraft had been done on mountain before also. Coal miners really wasn’t scared of anything because we worked over 12 miles back in mountain and we’ve all had our own paranormal activity and stories. I would like to stay anonymous because of my family.”

Quite the sighting Listener. Interesting in that last night, March 12th, Josh Gates Expedtion X was in Harlan County, KY looking for Bigfoots that talked. A reasearch had a recording he gathered that sounded a lot like the Samari Chatter lingo Ron Morehead first recorded, although this gentleman, Marcus, recording was very short. They did find a great stick/tree structure next to Cranks Creek Lake. And found an underground cave that had some hair samples that looked quite interesting. DNA showed it was unknown primate hair.. Also my new cardiologist in Dayton, OH (really like this guy as he is very fit, unlike most my doctors) grew up in Harlan County. After my yearly physical with him, me being me, I asked if he had seen a Bigfoot down there, as there are many sightings. He stated no, but that his best friend growing up that would not lie to him, had seen one and looked at it through the scope of his hunting rifle. He then went on to say he had watched the Expedition Bigfoot series when they were in SE, Kentucky a few years back. I like this doctor even more now.

I’m also from Harlan County, I had a sighting at Kingdom Come State Park in the mid 80’s so I know they are in the woods there.

That is a HUGE wolf! The largest recorded wolf was 180lbs.
