Over the past 10 years locals from Singapore have reported encountering a mysterious humanoid. The creature is known as the Bukit Timah or the Monkey Man.
It’s said to live in the nearby forests and encounters with this creature are very rare. Only a couple of people are said to encounter the monkey man every year.

2 meters so… 6 and a half feet? The only metrics I know are sockets and wrenches.

Reminds me of the “Rock Apes” of Vietnam encountered by many of our troops during the war, but still reported today. I think of Florida & the South’s Skunk Ape of today. Smaller 6-7′, leaner, meaner, harrier, & smellier.

Could also be the Orang Pedek that is often seen by the mountain farmers in Sumatra.
