A listener writes “Im a truck driver based out of Florida and I listen to a lot of podcasts and a few months ago a bar tender turned me on to the podcast and I’ve been listening to it pretty much non-stop ever since. I’m reaching out to you to tell you about a strange light I saw the other night.

I was driving north on I95 and I was just north of Daytona. It was about 1 in the morning. There are nothing but pine trees on both sides of the road. All the sudden I see this green light appear about 80 to 100 feet in the air about 200 yards in front of me. It was about the size of a baseball maybe a little bigger and didn’t glow but was lit up. It was in the air for a second and then shot down into the trees. It didn’t drop down it went down with some speed. I tried to explain it away but I can’t figure out what it was. It just appeared I didn’t see it go up or come down to the point it initially appeared, it was just there then shot down. It’s the only weird thing I have ever seen so I’m trying to come up with an explanation. It’s not a big story but I thought you might be able to add it to your other strange light stories you have.
