This light appeared and floated through the sky and then changed and sunk below the trees. I thought it was a Chinese Lantern or something similar but not really sure.”

Wow, that was cool. It almost seemed like it was moving to avoid the tree limbs as it approached the tree tops! Where was this?

As poor as my vision is (even with glasses) I would probably have assumed that was a Mars sighting. I would have stood there and admired it – until it turned white and started moving.
