Something At My Window

I spoke to Chris who is a retired special investigation officer and one of my guests this Sunday, he started researching Sasquatch and talking to witnesses. A witness gave him this recording from his phone. The witness states “I heard what sounded like a man walking on my porch. The figure stopped right next to my bedroom window and started making strange noises. I pulled my phone out and started recording. The “thing” ran off of the porch. I have no clue what it is.”

What do you think?

I’m not sure if I’m hearing what sounds like to me a dog
growling as if it’s frighten about something?
The man that’s recording the sound, does he have a dog
    with him?

I have to agree with Debbie C, it does sound like a little dog alerting that something is at the window and it’s not a normal thing! It’s not a bear to me because of the defining supraorbital ridge that a Sasquatch has and a bear doesn’t. Either way, great job getting the experience recorded in what must have been a stressful situation!

Actually went on the net and googled some bear sounds. Guys it sounds really close to a bear…I am no expert but get some sounds off the internet…

Just my two cents… Still creepy

I rarely say anything because I am no expert in any area, but am a good listener. We know Sasquatch mimics, could this be a mimic being used by a sasquatch to communicate to other sasquatches what he is hearing/seeing through the window?

It sounds very similar to a bear or large cat after they have exerted themselves. If this is a Sasquatch then this might be the first recording of what they sound like when they are standing still and are nervous. I would guess that when they are up next to a house they are on high alert so their heart rate would be elevated and their breathing be more rapid. Good job.

Not to be a bummer because I love the recording and setting, sounds like numerous animals I’ve heard in that rolling ‘low growl’. Sometimes threatening, sometimes courting, sometimes playing — it can sound so similar thorough many species.
Love the audio. I’m sure it was an exciting moment to hear it live. Get more if you can please 🙂
