SC Update: This Week

This week has been crazy trying to line up guests and get the web developers to update the forums and bring them back online before the 4th of July. I should have an update on the forums later today. As far as shows go here is what I have coming up this week.

Friday night: SC EP:119 A giant ape that must have escaped from the zoo

After the sun started lighting up this bowl shaped clear cut I started noticing something jet black about 100 or so yards away down below me in this bowl. I had no idea what it was and wasn’t even sure if there were black bears in this area as I never asked. I had a high power set of binoculars on a tripod and still couldn’t figure out what this thing was. After a few minutes I noticed movement the black thing was splitting in two I could see day light between it then back to one. Then all of a sudden it got huge that’s when I realized this thing was standing up on 2 legs and as I focused in on portions I could see hands then its ass crack, head, shoulders, at first when it stood it had its back to me, like I said I had a set of high power binoculars and could see it as if it were standing next to me, I could see the fur and skin were the fur was thin, I proceeded to watch this thing for 45 minutes I seen it beating on trees with a big rock then sticking its ear to the tree finally figured out it was hitting the trees and listening for critters to scurry around inside the trees then it literally pushed the tree down and snatched out what looked like a raccoon sat down again and I watched it rip the thing apart and eat it.

Sunday Night SC EP:120 Sasquatch at my window Part 1 Replay
For the free show I will be replaying my interview with Bobby Hamilton. His encounter reminded me of the “Cowman of Copalis Beach” encounter story. Bobby Hamilton grew up in Garrison and Jacksonville and said he has had encounters with Sasquatch. Hamilton said his first one started in the winter when he was four years-old. “I’m walking in the bedroom with my head down and I hear something scratch the screen and I look up and there is this apish looking thing with an evil grin, because I could see teeth, and it was motioning with his hand for me to come to the window,” Hamilton said. Hamilton believes East Texas is the perfect sport for sightings of the primate because of the wooded areas to hide in and the abundance of fresh water. Hamilton also said he believes the public will soon start seeing more sightings. “We are having more encounters with these things coming up to people’s houses and killing their livestock,” Because their environment is being torn down,” Hamilton said. Bobby Hamilton is a co-founder of the GCBRO. Now a days Bobby spends his free time researching and investigating reports of aggressive Sasquatch’s harassing locals. The GCBRO wants to harvest a body so that they can present real evidence to science and prove that in fact this creature does exists.

Monday Night SC EP:121 Strange nighttime encounter with “something”
Spoke to a very nice lady who had a dogman encounter. At the time of her encounter she had never heard the term dogman and really knew very little about Sasquatch. Late one night she heard an intruder walking outside and looked out the window to see what appeared to be a very large wolf walking on two legs. She said the creature never dropped to all fours. It walked up to her back porch, opened a pen where she kept her rabbit, the creature then took the rabbit, closed the rabbit pen and walked back into the treeline. She said that after Sasquatch became more mainstream, she would listen to people describe what they ran into and it was nothing like what she saw that night. The witness stated “It was just odd, it had the body that was kind of like a man…..but more dog-like. The head was very much like a german sheppard. It had pointy ears on top of its head and the creature walked funny with its arms, kind of hunched forward….it had hands and claws if that makes since….” The encounter happened on a farm in Ohio and the witness still struggles with what she saw that night.

I will also be speaking to Dawn who had an encounter in OK. She saw a creature on abandon property. She has also heard vocalizations near that property that she describes as “monkey-like”

ok so a fri sunday and monday show this week? I guess that makes up for not getting our show lastnite. I became a member because I love the show and I wanted the extra content that was promised thru membership dang it!

In prep for Monday night’s episode, for those that are interested, I recently found a great interview with Vic Dundiff that was very informative. In this 41 minute interview he goes over the details of the “Dogmen” being encountered by witnesses. This may help some get a better grasp of what people are seeing out there (in addition to Sasquatch). He differentiates between the “Type 3” Sasquatch and the canine types.

(WARNING: If you are having issues with there being 4 known types of Sasquatch, this interview may well cause your mind to implode as Vic describes the variations of the creatures being encountered.)

    Cheers

Anthony what does it matter if the show is a certain day of the week long as it’s fortcoming.Wes is averaging 2 shows a week foor awhile now, ontop of obtaining future witnesses,I’m sure that’s more time consuming than most of us think. Not trying to bust your balls here brother but there is an old saying “Patence is a virtue”.All hands standing by here in middle GA Wes.

I understand that and as long
as we get the two shows Im cool. Ive been listening since day one and when the topic of the paid membership came up they were making all these big promises about all this extra content for the members even saying 3 shows a week and so on and I just havnt seen all the extra stuff that was being talked about yet. I realize a couple of the co host have left making that harder to do right now. I think it mite help the show to bring in another co host to take some of the work off of wes. Either way I love this show and am totally hooked on it!

I’m sure he will get to it, remember Bob is hard to get a hold of as he spends much of his time in the field where there is not always call service. I’m also looking forward to that interview as Bob always has good encounters!

Way to go Wes, looks like some great stuff coming up, we appreciate the effort and don’t care what day it is. Enjoy the 4th with your family and thanks again for this show where guests feel safe!!

  6. Kay S

Great! A long weekend of SC, I can’t wait.
Also thanks Steven B I will definitely take a listen to Vic Cundiff. I can’t get my head around these Dogmen. They creep me out big time.

  7. Steven B

You’re all very welcome for the link and wishes. Well,Key, I hope you aren’t too weirded-out after listening to Vic and his witness descriptions. It is truly a strange world we inhabit.

I am currently making my way through dogman encounters radio archives and I must say there are some episodes that will curl your hair.Vic is very professional in his questioning and would make a great guest on SasChron.

  9. Kay S

Having Vic on the show would be good. I might be wrong, but it seems the latest train of thought is that these Dogmen are not related to SC, and are a seperate species altogether.
You were right Steven B. I’m glad I listened to vic during the day and not before going to bed.????

    • Steven B

In listening to SasSchron and Vic’s show, I’ve gotten the very distinct impression that for “Dogmen” they are 2 or more different species of animals given the same name (like the “dolphin” You have the dolphin the sought after game fish (also called Mahi-Mahi I believe) and you have the Sea World performing mammal, the bottle-nosed dolphin.)

Some Dogmen seem to be canine in nature and others more primate-like. The primate-ones are currently referred to also as “Type 3 Sasquatch”. Only in having specimens, living or dead, to study will their place in the natural world be established. For now, we’ll just have to guess. 🙂

Glad you were able to listen and still be ok after, Kay. 🙂 Some this stuff gives me the creeps/chills.

Dogman . I was in Michigan last summer doing a Castel defense training course. Well I couldn’t help but brig up the subject of Bigfoot. After all we were in the middle of a vastly forested area. To my surprise this Dogman was more talked about and know in these areas. And there were some that were a few weeks old. Creepy ones . Seems Michigan and Wisconsin are prime locations. I have listened to Ep. 1 = 47 of vics Dogman shows. He’s a very good host. Like wise with MR. WES. Good to have them both. I do think it would be good to have Wes interview Vic. It’s different world under them tree canopys and in the hollers and corn fields and swamps the mountains THEN MOST PEOPLE KNOW. FOR ME I’m headed to ALASKA for 3 weeks of scouting the wilderness. Ya I’m packin. There’s stuff that eat people in them there hills.

  11. Jan W

Thanks for the link, Steven. Have a great safe trip to Alaska, Paul; glad to hear you are packing! Would like to hear about the trip when you return.

    • Steven B

You’re very welcome, Jan. My pleasure. yes, Paul, stay safe! Please don’t not allow yourself to become “fertilizer” in the Alaskan landscape! While you’re there, get some great fishing in if you can. 🙂

      • Steven B

Correction: That should be: “Please *do not* allow yourself to become “fertilizer” in the Alaskan landscape!” Darn double negative in my original post made that sentence just cruel. 🙁
