SC EP:24 Bigfoot Roundtable with Coonbo

We are broadcasting tomorrow night for a special roundtable discussion about Sasquatch. Coonbo and Anthropologist Erik Garcia return to the show. Coonbo will be sharing experiences he has had that we did not get to last time, including his recent expedition and what’s happening now in his hotspot. We will also be sharing information that has been shared with us by a government employee we will call “Mr. Black.”

    Coonbo’s story from 51:00 – 60:00 is crazy!
It’s actually hard to believe for me! Not saying he is lying but come on man?
How can experienced Sasquatch hunters; knowing they are looking for Sasquatch have an encounter like that and NOT provide solid audio/video/photo’s from that encounter? Did everyone’s video/audio recorder’s all of a sudden stop working?
    I don’t get it!?

I realize this comment was made 7 years ago but after listening to several of these guys interviews I dont think him and Bear are out to prove sasquatches existence to anyone. They’re just fascinated and down to share what they know with others who are intrigued by them as well. The govt already knows about bigfoot, have multiple bodies and are aggressively trying to hide it. Coonbo even said in another interview they come onto the NASA take off strip occassionally when he worked there and the guys all get a kick out of it. The worst thing that could happen to boogers is public awareness although the population is getting so big, it’s probably going to be hard to hide them much longer.

I agree. I actually deactivated my Facebook but while I was on there I posted a picture of a tree break. Some self proclaimed expert got on there and started bashing me saying that doesn’t prove anything blah blah blah blah blah. Lol I’m not trying to prove anything. I hunt in their backyard. I know they’re real. I was just posting it for the other people that have seen the same thing, or have experienced the same situation.

I agree. I don’t believe 90% of all episodes but not just picking on this show of ANY podcast or TV show on the subject matter. It think its bullshit. BUT its very entertaining to me. Which is why I have been faithfully listening to Sasquatch Chronicles for about 6 years now. This episode I’ve listened to about 20 times by now for example. Why? I listen to podcasts in the background when I’m either trying to sleep or writing/working in my office… it has a calming effect to me. Weird I know but its my way it works.

But no I don’t buy half the shit they sell on these shows.

The Stories I heard from Coonbo and Bear…..these guys need to start wearing go-pro video recorder’s on their head at all times when in the field! They run into a lot of Sasquatch!

Your onto something brother. But it seems coonbo and bear may know something we dont pertaining to audio/video. For example: the insider, part 1, the gentlman states that he went unnoticed by the sasquatch until he flipped on his infrared. Once engaged, the beast homed in on him quite furiously. Its easy to throw out suggestions, but thats all they are.

I think you’re totally right! We’re looking at them like they’re designed like us. I think they’re a totally different animal with a totally different way of living. We might not possibly even be close to that level, and that’s the reason why there are so many steps ahead of us.

I think the sighting at 51:00 seems like it happened so fast that they didn’t have time to get out any equipment. What I find more implausible is the number of encounters he has had in various states. I don’t know a lot about Coonbo but I have to agree that it seems odd that he hasn’t gotten more audio and video evidence. He is an entertaining storyteller though.

I sure wish I could see the picture of the dogman Coonbo was talking about. I saw something I called a devil dog back in 81 under some major Bonneville-type power lines that come into Seattle from Renton. This wolf-sized dog had red glowing eyes, NOT eyeshine, and although on 4 legs he didn’t act particularly like a dog. He paused, stared at me with those creepy red eyes, and I beat feet home as fast as I could as it was dusk dark and I was just half a block from home. It kept going, heading SE out of town via the power line open cut area.
I never forgot that evening, and I’ve never seen any other “dog” like that before or after. Thank God!! I’d rather see a 9′ squatch than see that thing again.

I’ve gone from a huge skeptic to strong believer since discovering SC but I have to say, if Coonbo is telling the truth about his experiences, this guy should have all the footage and evidence in the world. I mean this guy see’s Bigfoot more than I see deer, ten fold. He should have several GoPro cameras strapped to his body at all times.

I agree Whitney which tells me that coonbo is 100% legit. I think that’s why there is more conflict and they are getting aggressive towards humans as we think we have the right to move into there territory. Thanks to president Woodrow Wilson for national forests! When your trying not to prove anything tells me that he doesn’t care what people think and he knows what hes talking about. I love the old shows except I still fast forward everytime Will interrupts with his annoying stories which also tells me he’s full of shit for the most part cause he has way too much to prove with all his Mr know it all arrogance. If he listened half as much as he talked he’d know alot more than he thinks. I find him very hard to believe and I could be very wrong but he seems more like he talks out his ass than actual truth. Plus I believe he just used the show for a advertising platform for his books. Soon as the show caught flack and people started to doubt his knowledge and encounter he bailed immediately like a coward instead of standing beside Wes and Woody. Although i don’t know the full story so i could be wrong. Best thing that ever happened to the show was him leaving and Wes going solo except Woody leaving, Woody was a good dude.
