SC EP: 604 Best of Sasquatch Chronicles III

Happy Holidays everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying some time off and spending time with loved ones. As is now tradition for this time of year, tonight we’ll be looking back at some of my favorite episodes from this past year for the “Best of Volume III.” I will see the members back on Friday.

Every once in a while Wes will respond to a โ€œsubโ€ but ive never had him give me a shout out. Thats OK though. We love the guy anyway !! Happy THANKSGIVING EVERYONE !!!

    • Dale M

I heard that and Iโ€™ve only left one message and that was the one you read..I watch a show call terror in the woods (Iโ€™m sure thatโ€™s it) and they portrayed Wes and his brother Woody in it and it was really really good…I emailed him the episode but I didnโ€™t receive a response but allโ€™s good…it was more or less telling him we subs has his back…it was this channel and one more Bigfoot Odyssey that made me switch from a skeptic over to a believer even with out having a encounter of my own…

P.S. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU & YOURS STEVE AND EVERYONE HERE AT SASQUATCH CHRONICLES AND TO WES AND HIS FAMILY…may God bless you and yours during this holiday and we thank you for the life youโ€™ve given us…..

        Happy Turkey day ?

Thanks Dale! Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours. I’ve been a member for a long time and this is the best place to get info on the subject. Have you listened to all the episodes yet?

That SOB! Somebody needs to get this 8′ tall 1800 lb TURKEY out of my garden! Helicopter pilots are the only way to find Sasquatch on the fly! They can almost stop on a dime, and that would make it easier to fallow them if it was clear enough!

Relistening to the episodes, I’m reminded again of what came to mind when Mike recounted his tales of watching the old lady feed stray animals to the Sasquatch or “Ghosts” or “Shadows” that came calling one night; my Mom is from Mississippi, and I have to argue with Mike regarding his claim that his grandmother made the best seafood gumbo; sorry, but my Mom did. But what I really want to say is that Mike should be a writer. The way he told his story and infused it with details, like the shotgun house, the southern home, usually owned by poor Southerners (Louisiana & Mississippi), which got its name from the fact that you could stand in the front doorway and shoot a shotgun through the entire house and out the back door. I would love to read a book of his stories of growing up in Mississippi. Thanks for a wonderful episode.

His story really got to me too. The fact that he wishes he remembered what day it was. Was he suggesting it was some ritual for an anniversary? How his Dad & Madea knew it was coming. That they called it a ghost? How his Mom knew and told him not to repeat? But why? Because people would think your crazy or to not give the โ€œBeingsโ€ power by acknowledging them. Back in the old days a lot of people kept things under wrap.

Hi Wes! Iโ€™m a newby. Been a member since beginning of 2019 and this is my everything. I donโ€™t watch TV any longer. You do a phenomenal job and I just cannot get enough. Absolutely love the intro music from the first few hundred episodes and love that you included it on the best of 3. Each encounter takes me right there with that person, as if it happened to me. Keep up the great work. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and all the family members of Sasquatch Chronicles. ~Amy

Wes, may you and your loved ones have an awesome Thanksgiving. Thank you for SC and all you do! God bless now and always.

WES!! Best one yet! I mean, your creativity putting this together had me smiling from ear to ear! These are never too long and really, with all the amazing encounter stories you receive in a year, these episodes should be 4 hours long and maybe broke out into 2 parts. Thank you for another great year. You never disappoint. I have logged 72 miles a week easy hiking with your episodes in my earbuds and I can’t wait to log 100’s more.
Happy Holidays and thank you for all you do for us out there!

that was a goodie Wes…Mississippi guy was awesome…I was internally abrupt with him when I first heard him…I was like *GET TO THE BIGFOOT MAN” but a 2nd listen? great story teller…great show!

I actually live about 45 mins from the Mill Race Park. I had not heard of it till Wes did a show about it. It’s a cool park on the west side of Columbus IN. I’ve been In the park multiple times. One day I need to head down and check around.

Happy Thanksgiving Wes and thank you for this, I really needed some sasquatch chronicles time to myself. I’ve been missing out for a while, my phone was out of commission but I’m back and can’t wait to catch up. Blessings to all!

Well, respite time. Erecting the new tree (this one’s lights twinkle!) and about to decorate. He’s gone to get new garland and cotton to fluff up the skirt, and some hangers for the tree ornaments. We got new ornaments yesterday. After 20 years we’re weary of the same old ones. ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyway, was perusing this latest show’s comments. Hoping Wes may have said he was home safe and sound and had a great time in Texas. Listened to the Dark Waters interview Denise F posted to the forum. Want to ask if Wes could have Dark on soon? Sounds like he’s (Dark) got some kind of breakthrough information coming down the pike, but besides that, I miss him.

Anyway all, hope you’re having a fun start of the Christmas season. I’m kinda celebrating. My family was able to go home after the second evacuation from the second explosion @ the TPC Plant in Port Neches. My nephew works there, but was Off that day, thank goodness. I was beside myself! They’re fine though, just running the unit (ac) because of the fire fumes/smoke. My sister was able to go to work tonight. Anyway, shows me, take nothing for granted.

So Wes, I hope you are well and ready to get the next awesome show out. Take care.

Thanks for the recap, Wes. Hope you enjoyed that Texas turkey. I have to say, Mike for Mississippi remains my favorite account to date. I know the content is a little controversial, but the way he tells the story is riveting. Thanks for sharing it a second time.

Thanks Wes, Lucky gives you 4 paws rating… ???
Would give more but his stray cat friends are eating dinner. Have a wonderful evening.

Just listened to another old encounter that realky kept my interest too. In SC Episode 100 Kate (who was on a training exercise for the Oregon National Guard at the time) tells about a harrowing encounter where two 7-8 ft BF tried to pull the van (where she was napping) into the treeline. Beyond scary!

  15. mescha m

    The RunDMC beat is back!!!
I remember when you switched to the new intro.. I was so bummed. ‘It gets people goin’!’ . I have been listening since Bigfoot Hot Spot radio and I started listening right around the Holidays. Thank you!!

    Dear Wes,

When you make the 4th addition of the Best of Sasquatch Chronicles , my gut says that the Squatch Chronicles family here believes there is No Such thing as an episode of Sasquatch Chronicles being too long!

Unlike the Mananimal we have running around in our forests, a too long of an episode of Sasquatch Chronicles does not exist.

    Best Podcast on the Planet!

  17. schlad

Awesome! Thanks Wes, how can something be too long? A little advice for the ‘what’s wrong wuith the World crowd’ stop listening when you’ve heard enough!
I didn’t think they could ever be long enough, we should really stop basing our behaviour on what the resistant, nonthinkers say, they are why we’re wearing underpants on our faces.
    I Love it all…it’s perfect!
    Love and Peace for all!

  18. schlad

A little experiment, say ‘Yes’ ten times in a row, in your own time, no rush, now say ‘no’ ten times in the same fashion. Which feels better? Ok feelings are your guide in Life, and resistance is always futile, and ‘no’ only exists in the minds of humans, Nature is 100% YES..always..thank you!
