The judge will likely throw the case out on a number of grounds including sasquatch being a cryptid, not an officially recognized species. If she really wants public awareness of sasquatch she should try to get enough signatures to put it on the ballot as a proposition to be voted on in California. California allows that. According to the California Constitution, Article II, Section 8(b); Elections Code section 9035, an Initiative Statute requires 365,880 signatures.

Seeing even a bear in Big Bear was the talk of the town with the locals, but to see Sasquatch and I know there have been a few sighting up there (that I’ve read about) would rock that community. What is going on? I’ve walked the forest there years ago and had no fear, now no way! Claudia your doing the right thing, even if they put up warning signs would be great….
