The most worrying thing about removing monuments, taking world war 2 out of history lessons to appease the politically correct and that we should ‘all love the Germans brigade’, well if there’s one point to history it is that it will ‘always find a way to repeat itself’ if we allow it to.
All this is all off our topic, but it is really important. Your servicemen and women, ours, the brave Canadians,Australians and New Zealanders, who stood by the mother country, should never, ever be allowed to be forgotten.Every ounce of freedom we have and our easy lives really, we owe to our greatest generation. Once again, well done Steven.

It’s always nice to hear good news for a change. I think it must have sounded harsh, but the search people said that the less smells and odours in the vicinity would make it easier for the dogs to find him. The result seems to justify the request. Also we should no doubt thank and cherish our ‘four legged friends’.

Well done Steven for remembering the brave men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. In Britain we remember our fallen servicemen and women in November on the day the first world war ended.
People can easily forget about the wars and the people who fought to allow us to live the lives we live today. I am pretty sure we will always stand with the U.S in the fight to keep us all free. We stood up to Hitler, but without F.D.R and the American people we coudl’nt have beaten Hitler.
We may not always be right, but in the end we try to do good and keep us all free. I hope most of you have seen the film Hacksaw Ridge?. It’s about a man called Desmond.T.Doss. I was not aware of this man and if you watch the movie and then study him a bit, he puts the whole concept of war and bravery into another dimension. He surely has to be one of the greatest men and Americans to have ever lived.
Bless all servicemen and women past and present who fought to at least try to make the world a better place for you and I.

I did’nt like what he did to and tried to do to Wes. There I’ve said it. You would’nt need many enemies if you have friends like him is what I think about people like that Pam.
He knew Wes was better at this game and did’nt like it.Look at our Wes now!!….

That is a question I’ve often asked myself Irene, having always had an interest in the American West and Indian tribes. I still think the movie Jeremiah Johnson beats the much vaunted ‘The Reverent’ hands down btw, lol.
They must have seen stuff, those old mountain men surely. I often wonder if the culture of denial might have started with them?. Maybe the first person ridiculed for relaying a story happened at one of their ‘rendevous’ meetings and so was born the culture of scorn and ridiucule that survives to this day?.Just a thought.

Getting interested in this subject, one quickly realises there are some good shows and some bad shows,as there are good people and bad, relating to this subject and the nastiness can be mind blowing. Being British, I wondered if the cynicism and nastiness was an ‘American thing’, but I suppose it’s just how some people can be no matter where they are from.
Then there is this show. It stands tall above everything else I’ve heard and you are a gifted presenter and host Wes. Yeah it’s scary and entertaining, but so much more.
I sense that you are gaining the respect you are due in this field Wes and you have to keep going for the sake of all the people you have helped. I listen to the back shows and you aint changed at all Wes, despite the obvious success of this show.
I suppose you just have to keep going, for many reasons and to know that you and what you give are very much appreciated.
Even my little Jack Russell looks at the computer when I say to her’shall we listen to Wes’!!
Finally, what can you say more than what Carson H said. I hope things get better for you very soon mate, bless you.
