ParticipantI saw the original ” Iceman” when it made its 1st trip to Alberta Canada
in the 60’s. The story of him shooting a deer and tracking it to a small frozen swamp surrounded by trees is accurate with the story he told me. When he came
thru the brush there were 3 creatures that had opened the deer’s chest cavity and were scooping the blood in there hands and drinking it. He said he was shocked and terrified but shouldered his rifle and shot. He then ran off, only to return a few days later and found what became his 1st exhibit to travel across the US and Canada after he had retired from the US Air Force. I have also seen the replica which was posed in a similar position to the original. The genitalia on the original (although not fully exposed) was significantly different than on the replica as was the hair. The amount of blood in, on an around the face was far different too. The replica is in Austin Texas and on display at the “Museum of the Weird.”March 21, 2018 at 9:01 pm #123424Garry M

ParticipantShort story.
I saw the Minnesota Iceman the very 1st year it was on the Carnival Tour
in Canada in the late 60’s.
The story that the owner related was about him wounding a deer, following its blood trail and finding 3 Sasquatch drinking the blood that had pooled in its lungs and
feeding on the meat.
He shot one and then returned days later, found it had frozen and brought it out.
That story seemed to be maintained right up to his last recorded report.
He was a member of the U.S. Air-force.
The replica that he supposedly had made is in the “Museum of the Weird” in Austin Texas.December 31, 2015 at 12:17 am #64445Garry M

I am in Alberta, I am planning a few trips to Nordegg and the Big Horn Dam site.
This area has been quite a hot spot for a number of years.
