I’m in Texas as well. Are you aware of any groups that go camping/squatching? I’m looking to do such a thing.
It’s very sad. They went out on Christmas to look for the Sasquatch.
I’d like more info. I’m wondering if Dave Paulides might be able to find something out. I’m betting people are reaching out to him about it. It’s good to have friends in law enforcement.
I hurt to hear of it.

Report from just today says the wounds were made with a chopping instrument. My senses tell me this wasn’t a Sasquatch situation.
The guy has children. Horrible.
Made me think of other news stories in recent times that made me wonder if it was Sasquatch related.
Such as the 3 year old boy who was lost out in the woods for days (I think it was 3 days?) in very cold January nights. He was feared froze to death. But they found him and he was fine. But he said a “bear” kept him company. Remember that? 2019.

Anyway, I want to get back out into the woods but I only know the Colorado region. I lived there over twenty years. I moved to Texas in 2021.
I had a very enjoyable camping Sasquatch expedition experience up in Colorado this last month. I love camping and being in the forest bottom line. I love hiking. We were camping in a region where activity has occurred prior.
I drive my family and friends crazy with my Sasquatch interests and frankly- after they’ve listened to a number of the episodes with me they’re not exactly thrilled to go out in the woods. I drag anyone I can out into the woods but would like to connect with others who seek the tree peekers.
On that note- during the expedition there was a person who ended up being very scared. This opened my eyes to the importance of what motivates people to try to have an encounter.
We were experiencing some pretty strange things from noises such as birds that normally don’t make noises at night, to whistles, to voices that weren’t loud enough to make out words from all around our tents. At one point something was touching on the tent and the other person in my tent freaked out yelling at them to go away. “GO AWAY!!” In fact she startled me awake as I had fallen asleep and I too heard it. High on the tent above my head something was rubbing on the tent. she was freaking out. She was there for the purpose but when something happened she was not having it. Talk about a buzz kill LOL.
I can see there’s a vast array of motivations and personalities.
I just want to enjoy nature, be open minded, see what happens with some good people.
Does Wes reply? I’ve sent him several messages never once got a reply. I figure he’s busy but come on.
That Sasquatch sunset movie just pissed me off. It would’ve pissed me off even if I didn’t believe Sasquatch are real.
It was gross.
I live in rural Texas. Near Corsicana. A pack of coyotes lives nearby and like clockwork travels through the next door parcel everyday moving through the parcels that are uninhabited. At the same time as well, at dusk and you can also hear them at around 2-3am. Their noise is a bit unsettling but it sounds NOTHING like what you’ve recorded. I don’t believe that’s coyotes.
The location we are going is on private property. There’s room for one more. No hoaxers here. The real deal. Good people. I’m counting the days!
