Black-eyed children are a supposed paranormal creatures that resemble children between the ages of 6 and 16, with pale skin and black eyes, who are reportedly seen hitchhiking, panhandling or are encountered on doorsteps of residential homes.

I’ve also heard reports of the black eyed kids showing up on porches and being turned away. Then having men in black show up at the door shortly after.
