Hey listener. Perhaps you can convince the witness to come on the show and give the details. What I like about the photo is the massive open space between the legs, which is not often noted by witnesses, but has been stated by some witnesses including a friend of mine up in MIchigan who had a very close sighting. Also the arms, though not clear, do appear to hang lower than a normal human.

guessing this would be from either interstates I90 or I29, could also be HWY 12, 83 or 14 are all major trucking rts in SoDak. What road or highway was pic taken?
