Harassing Sasquatch Report

IMG_0405I am looking into a report from a couple who recently moved into a rental property. The husband and wife did not believe in Sasquatch. They assumed their house was haunted because at night something was banging on the side of the house. They would hear odd screams and strange “gibber” type noises around their property. The house backs up to the Sam Houston National Forest. Early one morning around 2 a.m. something started banging on the side of the house and the husband ran out the front door to see a 8ft tall “Monkey” running back into the forest. The wife told her husband that the creatures are now coming up to the house and looking in the windows during the day, while he is at work.

She describes the two different creatures she has seen as “huge” in size and the “ugliest” thing she has ever seen. The wife of the house told me that “the creature was so tall it had to bend down to look in their bay windows and when her and the creature made eye contact it started growling at her”.

The family like others who have been in this situation are not “researchers” or “investigators” they only want these things to go away and stop harassing them. The wife has a very good description of what she has seen and it has affected her to the point to where she no longer wants to live at the property and is looking to get out of the rental agreement so they can move. The wife advised me this morning “either way we are going to move, I am tired of living in fear”. I asked the husband and wife if they have contacted the authorities and they both said “and tell them what? Prior to moving to this rental out in the woods we did not believe these things were real. Do people call 911 to let them know that 8 ft tall monkeys are running around on their property?” The husband advised me that when he does any work on the property he consistently has rocks throw at his general direction. The property sits near water with a lot of food resources and plenty of cover for the creatures to remain hidden. According to the husband and wife the creatures seem to be getting bolder and they feel the harassment is unprovoked.

*Important side note* The husband has now armed himself and has every intent on shooting the next one he see’s. I advised the husband that in these types of situations, things tend to get worse for witnesses after a creature has been killed (example:Siege of Honobia). I will keep you updated as things progress.

The next time the house gets attacked they should just invite the Sasquatches in and start talking about Amway. Believe me, they’ll never come around again.

Crappy situation to be in. The authorities won’t believe him. If he shoots them, it will likely make matters worse especially since the creatures are already pushing the envelope and getting into his territory. Looks like breaking the lease is going to be his best option. Hey wait a minute, looking for the silver lining in this cloud; perhaps he could sublet it to researchers for a profit! Never know, could be a goldmine in disguise 😉

Yeah Carol, although… Hmmm. With all the people looking for BF out there, one would think that when somebody comes forward to say “I see them every day at two o’clock down by the chicken coop – been that way for, oh, say, goin’ on twenty years now (since grammy passed away, etc. etc.)” all anyone needs to do is go “You around Thursday? How ’bout I show up and do some research?”

But No-ho-ho-ho! (imagine that in Sam Kinnison’s voice).
“Hey! Bigfoot’s RIGHT HERE! I’m LOOKIN’ at him!”
“That’s great. We’ll be in Talahassee next week…”
    “NO! He’s RIGHT HERE!”
“We’re heading for Omaha the following week…”

Were previous renters feeding them, intentionally or unintentionally, and now they’re pissed?

RV has a valid point though. They say pictures and video won’t do any good, but by God I (we) still want to see them. Don’t you all?

Are there any pictures or video from Honobia? How about these people?

I don’t doubt that Bigfoot/Sasquatch is real, nor do I doubt these people – but with the frequency of occurrences being so high, evidence of some sort is going to requested from listeners to add validity to those reports. That’s just the way people are.

    Too bad that a legitimate research group could not be on alert duty of some sort and when a hot report comes in; they can deploy and research the property and than what? here is the proof you were telling the truth, it was good to meet you , sorry about your dog. Hey there’s that crown vic again, hmmm lotta Blackhawks buzzing the area lately, are there nite poachers ? Been hearing lots of shooting at night and look there’s another crown vic ……Later that month;
Hello, no I no longer research Sasquatch habitation I am sorry, my youtube account and twitter including face book accounts have all been shut down and our lead investigator was arrested, seems some unidentified person called local sheriff to say our research friend had tons of child porn on his computer………Happened before in the U.F.O community , just saying the threat is real once reality looks the gummit in the face

My fear with these types of encounters is that the witnesses may have seen something, ..at some time, and now every bump in the night HAS to be a booger. I’m not saying that is the case here, but Bigfoot Fever is undoubtedly alive and well with many of these folks who report ongoing activity. This is speculation on my part, but like MD & RV have pointed out; where is the evidence/pictures?

The only way I can square then lack of evidence is to accept that these encounters don’t occur with regularity and the witnesses are perpetually caught off guard.

Robert P, you’re on the money. I’ll call Wild Bill and tell’em to bring as much buckshot as he can get in his pockets… Time to make it rain lead, everywhere…… indiscriminately at everything.

Carol, I think you’re right. Something as traumatic as a legit close visual encounter I can imagine makes the source of EVERY sound in the woods being that exact nightmare. Different for everyone though. Looking into windows is pretty hard to mistake if true though.

Wes, you did tell them to put up game cameras all over? That seems to be the only thing the creatures don’t like to go near. That and the Finding Bigfoot tv crew. Send the team asap! Sure way to drive the beasts away.

I would also experiment with IR lights, flood the area with IR light at night, add in motion activated flood lights. Big bright ones.

Sounds like an awful situation to be in. I feel for the couple.

If they don’t do something, like find somewhere else to live, I have a feeling something nasty will happen. These people are not safe, get out while you can!

“Things tend to get worse for witnesses after a creature has been killed”, the way to correct that, kill another one. I wouldn’t hesitate if they were on my property harassing me and mine…

People in these situations who are in fear dont care about showing evidence they just want out of the property. You can never guarantee they wont come back so tenants have to move.If they want them gone put up camera’s and they will at least stay back inside tree line. Its to bad a research group cant be dispatched to stay in home while visits are happening, but what for.To confirm what they know already.More teams like Landsdales would be the answer, one per state, can be ther within a day.Curious if the properties landsdale has visited have reoccuring visits after they’ve spent time trying to run em off.Do they come back?Goverment has several teams who have gone out to so called problem areas and eradicated the issue.Civilian teams should be setup in each state, volunteer tryouts to make team just like in military. One team per state we are bound to get a body within a couple years.Squatch On fello knowers.
