The historic Davenport Hotel is a local icon and one of the most haunted hotels in Spokane, Washington. The haunted Davenport Hotel was built in 1889 when a young man named Llewellyn Marks “Louis” Davenport arrived in Spokane.
Several guests and plenty of employees working the night shift have reported seeing a ghost-like figure roaming the halls in a bathrobe and slippers. Apparently, Mr. Davenport still cares about his hotel guests. Hence, this is why this historical landmark is one of the most haunted hotels in Washington state.
