Conspiracy Corner EP:5 Base 211 and Operation Highjump

Operation Highjump was curiously terminated six months earlier than expected. An excerpt from February 19, 1947 describes Admiral Byrd’s arrival over the pole at 1000 hours: “We are crossing over the small mountain range and still proceeding northward as best as can be ascertained. Beyond the mountain range is what appears to be a valley with a small river or stream running through the center portion. There should be no green valley below! Something is definitely wrong and abnormal here! We should be over Ice and Snow! To the portside are great forests growing on the mountain slopes. Our navigation Instruments are still spinning, the gyroscope is oscillating back and forth!”

Interestingly, many people believe Admiral Byrd made a number of cryptic comments while he was interviewed by the International News Service correspondent Lee van Atta aboard the USS Mount Olympus. The article appeared in the March 5th, 1947 edition of Chilean newspaper ‘El Mercurio’:

“Adm. Byrd declared today that it was imperative for the United States to initiate immediate defense measures against hostile regions. The admiral further stated that he didn’t want to frighten anyone unduly but that it was a bitter reality that in case of a new war the continental United States would be attacked by flying objects which could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds. Admiral Byrd repeated the above points of view, resulting from his personal knowledge gathered both at the north and south poles, before a news conference held for International News Service.”

    I never heard of most of this. So interesting. I’ve heard a lot about the Indian Vetas but never in conjunction with the flying saucers, Germans, etc. Really cool show. Really enjoying this one Wes and Duke! Great podcast.

      So they were channeled at about the same time the Vril society in Germany were channeling Saucer blueprints from Aldebaran, and both sources talk about liquid mercury engines, unknown at the time they were written. Wikipedia is not 100% trustworthy as a source, and it looks to me like there has been a concerted effort to debunk and discredit this, which would be unnecessary were it to be a bunch of hoey. Also, I have seen these designs, and what most of these analysts fail to understand is that they had no need to be aerodynamic, since their engines rendered them essentially weightless and with their own local “Reality bubble” Air resistance is as much of a non-issue in our atmosphere as it would also be in space, where there is no drag to speak of from no atmosphere being present.

    awesome show not slow, I would love to know a physicists or a theoretical physicists, I would ask them could splitting the atom have an effect in possible other dimension’s ( string theory ) that if every thing is connected, as cause and effect here, is it feasible? that the same or some effect could transcend these theoretical dimensions.
    again great show blokes can’t wait for the next episode of CC, also Wes if the show is or gets big enough please employ Bob Gymlan.

    I for one do believe that Admiral Byrd went to Agartha. Byrd brought back a lot of details about his encounter and why would he make up such a thing knowing it would ruin his career? Ask yourself why we’ve never seen any real pics of the poles.

    I’ve tried multiple times & can’t get the Base 211 to play reliably. ? It glitches & freezes, and now won’t ply at all. ? I want to hear it SO badly! Are the MIBs screwing with us?! ?

    Finally got it to play all the way thru! ? Wow! ? Amazing! No fly zone over the South Pole?! ✈️I would be curious as to what excuse our Gov’mt offers up to explain that one! ? I mean, it’s one thing to tell citizens ‘you saw a bear’?, but we can’t fly over the South Pole because…..??⛷ I’d love to hear them try to explain that!!! ?
    Can’t wait for Part 2 of this one! ? Soon please! ??

    Okay…..I just looked at the South Pole on GoogleEarth. ? The center of the Antartic Continent is clearly NOT a natural image! ?
    And the more you zoom in, the weirder and more unnatural it gets. It’s a kind of refracted prism-white look to the center of the Continent. Pink-white rainbow with pink-white beams radiating out from a triangular center that you will see if you zoom in close enough. On full zoom, there is a sharp triangle at the center. This triangle looks like an optical-thing, and not an actual structure. It’s part of the prism-like blur that has apparently been placed over the Google image to conceal what’s actually there. This refracted center of Antartica is huge! Covers a large section of the Continent’s center mass. All around it, you can see normal looking ice and snow. But the center of this huge landmass is clearly being obscured by something. ? You can’t see the actual ground at all. Too freaky, and REALLY suspicious!

    I was consumed by this topic for a few years, as I wrote a screenplay about it. That “diary” was from an earlier expedition to the north pole. He was an explorer for decades. He was an admiral by high jump, and didn’t do any flying. This diary, just mysteriously appeared and is very questionable. The Theosophical Society were a bunch of kooks, who basically started all this new age crap. The NAZI’s were at the Antarctic, that’s for sure. And over a million Germans were in South America by wars end. The NAZI’S very well could have developed the flying disc. In 1952 several UFO’s buzzed the capitol! Look it up, there’s film of it, very strange indeed. The rabbit hole just gets deeper and deeper… Don’t get LOST down there, I did.

      Yes, and the diary purports that he was flying into the NORTH POLAR opening at the same time he and operation high jump were in Antarctica. Was the diary real and his presence on High Jump was just a cover for the REAL mission he was doing at the same time at the OPPOSITE end of the Earth, or was it to draw conspiracy-seekers attention AWAY from his presence in Antarctica during High Jump and the Beating our Navy took at the hands, ME262’s, and Haunebu’s, of Neuschwabenland’s Luftwaffe?

    Wes why don’t you change the name to Sasquatch Chronicles Conspiracy Corner? You might as well! Are you running out of bigfoot witnesses so these shows are going to become fillers? If so let me know as I don’t intend to pay for a conspiracy show, when they’re plenty of conspiracy freaks putting up freebie shows already. Sorry to sound like a shit but this site should just be for Sasquatch related info it’s why its number 1. Why fix something that doesn’t need fixing? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!

      Hold on a minute, i watched the show it was good still don’t agree with it being on Saschron though. Could you not start up a seperate show? Call it Conspiracy Chronicles could be onto a winner who knows? Ps don’t forget my percentage fees lol…

      Conspiracy Corner shows are not paid content, so you have so far spent 0 dollars on it. It is also additional content for those who are interested in it, and is not in place of any other content Wes was putting out in the past, so were it not to exist you would be seeing everything else you are getting right now….and that’s all. Wes is not a one-trick pony, nor am I, and these shows are for the members here who are not one-subject enthusiasts. CC isn’t for everyone, although it should be, and those who don’t like it don’t have to listen to it, just ignore it and read the blog like you would have were the show not to exist. I can tell you, that all the shows we are doing actually are going in a certain order and are connected, and it DOES relate to the whole Bigfoot phenomena, but you need to see the big picture to understand how, and that takes more than one show to explain. You can’t see the Mountains surrounding you from the bottom of a steep canyon.

    Great show! The part of the journal starting with the mamoth sighting seems a bit much. Im just thinking, hes capable of flying a prop plane, making circular course corrections, and logging all of this in his journal, minute by minute, and its legible enough to read? Very interesting topic, something I’d never known about. There is a show, Destination Truth, that went to Antarctica to look at some old military refuling base thats got loads of ghost activity. Antarctica, looks very creepy, and even though there are still a handful of scientists living near the old base, they are certainly an odd lot. Good work guys!

    Says this video contains content from A&E and is blocked on copyright grounds? Really, really wanted to watch it. Can it be reloaded in a way that won’t be a copyright problem?
