being able to shake that tree like that takes more than your average joe to do that…I say its the real deal

For me a lot of red flags. It walks upright and like a human. I remember as a kid shaking a lot of trees. Get the right thin springy tree it is not that hard. Now if the photographer would have had a human try the same and measured the distance up on the tree at say above 8 feet, I might have a different opinion.

The gate looks quite human,but then the arms look extremely long even with the poor quality of the video.
Even though we cannot determine the size if the tree,it does have plenty of foliage up top so it must have had some girth and strength to the trunk imo,and to move it that much with one hand first,and with no significant visible body movement as such i tend to lean towards being real.
As Charles R says,a reinactment would answer a lot of questions with this vid
