I have removed the researchers name and location from this email. The reports is as follows:
Over the first Fence I found the footprints that you can see in some of the photos. Three different prints in all but all about the same size. The grass all around however was “walked on”. I made it through the field and to the 2nd barb wire fence which was a 6 strand barb wire fence approx. 4 1/2 -5ft tall. the fence was all intact. As I made my way up and down the fence line because over the fence wasn’t their property I came across 1 section, just 1 and the only 1 that had hair on it. Not fur but hair. I’ve included pics of the hair on the fence and taken off in a bag. there was 1 possible print that I found that was facing parallel with the fence as if something had just stepped over it. I’m 6′ 3 and was able to climb over the 1st fence however the 2nd fence was too tall.
I had found tracks and hair I looked up and saw, across the fence another tree break/twist that are all included in the pics. I’ve got my 12 gauge clutched tight at this point cause I’m truly not believing what I am seeing. I’ve never seen a bigfoot but, I’ve seen a lot of “trace evidence” that I am 98% sure they are real.
These hairs are long. 1 of the bags I have actually has hairs in it that are black on one end, turn to a light brown color then almost white or grey at the end. We’re talking every bit of 6-7 inches long and Ive included photos of them.
The last 2 photos in these that Ive sent, I found over the fence. A tree branch that had been snapped off about my head height yet about 3 ft above my head the whole rest of the tree was gone. It’s kinda what you said in the down the rabbit hole episodes, You have this evidence but what do you do with it. Anyways I love the show, I’ve learned so much from it.

I would like to know of any follow up on this story. Seems where there is smoke there is fire

Looks really good to me! Interesting area too. Good luck with your research, and will watch for more!

I live in washington…in the country. Walking through pine and fir needles doesn’t leave prints. If feet were wet they would pick up some needles from the surface but not all the way to the dirt…and it would only happen once with each foot. These are very suspicious.

Thought that imed., wet or invest. cleaned the debris to reveal the impression. Branches do not look twisted.
Jan W
Great evidence and he’s right-what do you do with it? Glad he was clutching the 12 gauge!
Jennifer W
Darren, I was wondering the same thing, as the prints just seem strange to me for the same reason. The only way all of the pine needles would fall AROUND the print and get built up is if the foot was there for a long period of time. Your suggestion that a wet foot might pick up the needles like a glue is a reasonable solution, I guess, but I agree with you that it seems unlikely and it wouldn’t explain why the needles around the foot are built up. The prints look unnatural to me too in terms of how they would be made that way.
darren w
Yea, im not calling this guy a liar but those prints are just wrong. I dont believe they’re footprints at all.
Vance W
Wow it took three whole comments to start the debunking. Interesting print photos, we need the body there is just no other way.
darren w
Debunking is the first and most essential step in research and investigation. Its the ONLY way to find the truth about anything. I will not follow blindly without thought or question. If we want our claims and research to be taken seriously then we MUST be diligent in seeking the truth, otherwise the ridicule is our own falt. A certain amount of skepticism is required in the search for truth.

First, it would have been nice to know a region that this is in, such as Montana, Colorado, Southeast Texas (that cedar and other foliage makes me think Texas somewhere). Leaving names and location out is fine, but there is no harm in a region or state being named.
There are not enough photos or other data to make really valid observation here, but from the appearance, the tracks appear to be “dusted in” instead of stepped. It looks like someone actually just cleared the area into a track shape. I don’t really notice a ridge around the tracks, however, so it might be possible that most of the debris did adhere to the foot (If this is Texas this month, that foot would have been sweating) and thus leave the impression as it appears. We would need to see the path and obstacles this creature supposedly traversed to know. Also, I find it odd that the little clover in the middle of the track is erect and growing, along with some other plant life. Nothing appears to be pressed into the ground. If the ground would actually be that hard, then I would expect this to be in a more dry environment with those new plants not growing right now.
On the other hand, I need to commend the researcher for his choice of guns. That appears to be almost identical to the one that I used in Washington… Mossberg model 88. I replaced my pistol grip with a folding stock.

I disagree with you on the tracks, it looks to me like the tracks may have been made during a heavy down pour, on real wet ground, the weight pushes out the fine debris on the ground , then more rain erodes the detail of the original track…
To the person who took the pictures and did the write up , great job, and stay safe….

Great evidence and your pictures are excellent! Thanks for the details.

Good work! Please be careful; watch your back.

Those hair samples looks silimar to what I found here in Australia. Thanks for sharing !!!

Interesting evidence is the researcher going to send it to a lab for analysis??

With respect, I must say that redacting ALL the location information serves nobody. Obviously, researchers want to protect their privacy, and pinpointing a location may bring unwanted visitors.
However, there can be no harm in disclosing the state or region. NOT giving a general idea of where the field work is being done is more confusing than educational.

Yupper, sure looks like you got yourself a hairy nosey neighbor. Expensive fence. Great photos. Good luck!

These are from E. Tennessee. I believe the tracks , if that’s what they truley are, were made during a storm because the week leading up to this outing we had thunderstorms all week and even some later in the night after these pics. Dont know what to make of it myself and the hair, I’ve never seen any hair on any animal that looked or felt like this. Follicles still attached, black on one end changing to a reddish brown then grey almost white on the tip. Id love to get it tested I just don’t have thousands of dollars. I’ll be on in a few days and tell everyone exactly how I came across this stuff cause it’s actually not my property it’s a friends. Thanks everyone

Thank you Trey I was going to be hurt not getting at least what state they came from ,looks like you have a Yahoo!
Steven J
Thanks for the additional info, Trey. The weather patterns are very important with regard to tracks. It does add plausibility that the tracks were made in damp conditions, which might account for the cleared needles and debris.
DonRay
Almost looks like tracks were purposely cleared,,,, idk…… either way, good story………. Ciao
DonRay
After watching video….. Does give different perspective. Good investigating…. Ciao

I do find the hairs interesting. Not many animals have long hairs like that. Horses and some species of cattle perhaps. Was it on the top wire? And whats the purpose of the fence? Its too short for wild animals. Most would easily jump over it…a bear would just push it down or climb over it. I have horses, cows, lamas, goats, sheep all around me and the deer jump these fences easily. Barbed wire is usually used to coral livestock and only a domesticated animal wouldn’t try to jump over it.
Trey
The hair was on all 6 strands of the fence but just in this one section. They do have to black angus cows in this field but due to the slope and small boulders along the fence and the cows wouldn’t be able to make it up there. They act silly said the cows will not come to this side of the field. Not to mention their cows are solid black, these hairs were black at the root a couple inches up turned to a reddish brown almost Rust color with the last inch. 1/2 was grey almost white. The vet I took them too said is was not cows hair but how it looks and feels, not to mention the 3 different colors. But for some reason the cows stay away from that tree line that’s why there was no cattle trail up there just the stepped on high grass where something had walked through
