Who Were The Denisovan Humans?

In 2010 it was discovered that a mysterious human relative had once lived in a cave in Siberia. After a decade of research on these Denisovans a lot has been revealed about them – from their distribution, to their interbreeding with modern humans, and possibly even what they looked like.

I personally have an issue with relating the skull shown to the pics of the humans shown. Doesn’t look correct to me. Neanderthal? Cand get that from the depictions.

Separate NE & SE Asia dental traits are also inherent in the Beringia land bridge migrations into North America of Inuit, Athabaskan and other Amerindian peoples. East Asia sure seems to be a cradle of humankind to me. Also, both Gigantopithecus and Homo erectus seem to have diverse morphologies based upon the Region’s highland, steppe and forested archipelagos that created variety (think gracile and robust hominids across S. China, Java or troglodytes in Flores). It seems like there is a clue to who Sasquatch might be in this Denisovan story!
