Watch: Bigfoot Caught Looking Through Window (ThinkerThunker)

ThinkeThunker writes “A Youtuber had noticed that each year, fruit from his trees seemed to disappear overnight. So he setup a camera, this is what he caught. Was it CGI …? I’ll put that to the test.”

Not to claim this is CGI, but it is NOT that difficult to add a red glow to the eyes in the footage. As an animator myself, I use Adobe After Effects on a daily basis. The software is not as expensive as Thinker would have you believe. Furthermore, the software has motion tracking capabilities inherent in it’s design so doing what Thinker claims would take hours, in reality would only take a few minutes. Do a search on youtube for Afobe After Effects motion tracking and you will see what I’m talking about. Either way, it”s interesting footage to say the least.

This is a good pic of the window, almost square to it. This is helpful while the dimensions of the window can be found easily using the window trim as a rule. The window trim appears to be the standard 3.5″ trim. Using this reference, I find that this is a 48×60″ window. As for the height of the window sill above grade, use the yard pole as a reference. They come in a variety of lengths, 6′ being the shortest, then 7′ and 8′ are the more common lengths. Depending on the competency of the person who put this pole up, account for up to 2′ of the pole to be buried in the ground, maybe as shallow as 12″ in the ground with a concrete base but more than likely it would be buried 16-24″ in the ground. So if this is an average 7′ light pole buried 18″ in the ground, the top of the pole, which is to say the base of the light globe, would be approximately 5.5′ high. Then the bulb in this pole light looks to be in direct line of sight of the camera so the camera would be at least 5.5′ above grade. Then the camera looks to be positioned where its direct line of site might be 7 inches above the window sill. So if the camera is at direct line of site with the base of the light bulb in the yard light, that being at least 5.5′ above grade, the camera being approximately 7″ above the sill, the bottom of the window sill might sit approximately 4′-10 to 5′-2″ above grade. Ugh! Now I go back to the video and see they already know how far from the ground the window is and how tall the yard light is. Should I delete this entire comment since at this point I had just told you what you already know or can you use this information for future reference when trouble shooting? I think I’ll leave it. As far as the eyes in the video, I’m in building construction, not anatomy of cryptids so I have no clue.
