Lumpkin County GA, May 16, 2009 – In May of 2009, a police officer and city worker were on their way to a function together when they captured a mysterious upright figure running across the road.

I maybe wrong but I think I saw this debunked on some tv show where a police officer found some teenagers in the area that had a monkey suit and fessed up to hoaxing it. Which sucks

You are not wrong, I saw same program. Not sure it totally debunks it, but I would say the video takes a pretty hard hit…
