I really enjoyed having Bobo on the show and he has agreed to return to share his other experiences. If you have questions for him post them below.
James Fay, or Bobo, was born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California, and has been interested in the Bigfoot mystery for as long as he can remember. As a teen, he became an avid surfer, a skill set he would eventually use to investigate reported Bigfoot sightings in remote areas of the country.
While in college, Bobo spent his downtime in the woods attempting to locate a Bigfoot. Following college, he took logging jobs on Native American crews to absorb their knowledge of the Sasquatch legend. In addition, he increased his Bigfoot knowledge by taking jobs building roads and commercially fishing in Northern California.
Bobo says that he saw his first Sasquatch while on an investigation with veteran Bigfoot researcher John Freitas in 2001. Since his initial sighting, Bobo claims to have glimpsed Bigfoots on a few other occasions, but it was this first visual sighting that moved him the most.

Hello Wes and James
Question: while doing the show, was there any time there was footage cut out that you wished they had left in? If so, can you describe the footage and why it was dropped?
PS. Finding Bigfoot should have looked in Wes’s garage… 😉

Ask Babbó what was the scariest encounter he had heard from the native American tribes, one that served as a warning that they are not to be messed with

Last time Bobo spoke of talks for a new series of Finding Bigfoot so these two questions are related to this.
1. If Bobo was in charge of production how would he produce it to make it better?
2. What are his thoughts on Environmental DNA and would it not be a good idea that they took several samples of EDNA at bodies of water at each location they research, especially the ones were the town hall people say they saw a Sasquatch.

Thanks Wes and Bobo!
My questions: 1) What is the largest size of cryptid that he has taken a report on or seen himself, maybe largest print?
2) What is his opinion or knowledge regarding the other types of creatures ie- dogman, mountain giant or the rake?
Thanks and have a great day all!

Hey Bobo, why’d ya cut your hair?

Hi Bobo,
Thanks for your time and interview.
My questions: 1) I know Ranae Holland was the skeptic of your group. Do you think the show influenced her any to believing in Sasquatch?
2) I had lived a time in the Siead Valley area of northern California and spoke with and worked with several Karuk tribe members.
A few of them had said they had encounters in the area. Was wondering if you had done any investigating in that area?

No question, just a …..thank you for hanging in there! Look forward to it ?

Hi Wes, my question is has Bobo ever directly been influenced to not share information by a Gov’t Agency, either proven or suspected, or has he ever witnessed what he thought was undue influence being exerted on anyone around him to suppress information being shared? I am thinking specifically about the Biker and Accountant duo we have heard about in the past, but am not restricting my question to be only about them.
Thanks!

ahi Wes, keep the hits coming! My question to Bobo is about the theory that there is more than one kind of creature covered by the term “Bigfoot”. Does he support this theory, and if so, what evidence has he come across to support it?
