A listener writes “Because of my interest in Bigfoot my wife and kids like to rib me quite a bit about it. And because we lived in Nevada for the last 18 years (although in the process of moving to Idaho), I assumed there would be no chance of my ever coming across one anytime soon since I had not really heard of any sightings in Nevada.
So in mid-April of this year (2020) my 19 year old son, Dylan was driving my truck home alone from his friend’s house and came running in the house at about 11:40 pm and yells “Dad! I just saw a bigfoot or something outside the gates to our development- I swear!” Well I found that hard to believe, but since I do love all things bigfoot I decided to at least take a look.”
The father went out but did not see the creature at the time, although he would later see the creature.

Clearly we have no idea , as of yet, of the surrounding area of their housing development. Are relatives of Sasquatch enthusiasts immune from having a sighting? The young man was obviously using an exaggeration, to describe his fear and rush to get home, when he said 60 mph on curves . I know of areas in Utah where Sasquatch , at night, use travel-routes thru heavily landscaped neighborhoods to get to a different area. Clifford, maybe we should assume witnesses are telling the truth , at the very least until we hear the whole story.

My son was nervous about being on the show and so he wasnt as clear as he could have been- I assume I most likely wasnt either. In the end, people can believe us or not- it doesnt change what my sons and I all saw on the edge of the desert outside our development during that week- and we were all together that final time where I saw it also. And to clarify- I never expected that I would ever have the opportunity to see a sasquatch in southern nevada- down the road in Idaho maybe after we moved there, but never in Henderson Nevada. Regardless, I hope people enjoy hearing about what happened. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life, but I understand that people may question it and may not believe us. Despite what people may or may not believe, it certainly doesnt change what we experienced. It was great sharing it with Wes and my son and I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to help us be comfortable enough to share what happened.
