ThinkerThunker writes “This is the epic debate that has raged on for almost SIXTY YEARS NOW ! Time to settle it once and for all using simple, scientific,, measurable, repeatable proof.”

Just to add by ‘reveal’ , i mean in terms of previously unseen detail on Pattie.

He’s basing his proof on internet photos of people with their hands in their pockets? We don’t all have the same body proportions. Men and women have different proportions. Illustrators have known this for generations. I’m not saying that I doubt Patterson, I’m just saying that TT is much better at marketing than he is at biology and science.

Here’s another article that has some simple graphics that, to me, prove TT’s theory to be highly flawed.

And lastly, this is a great article to emphasize what I’m saying. There is also data available that shows body proportion differences between ethnicities. And even though Phelps is a phenom today’s best competitive swimmers have relatively the same proportions.

Thank you Mark R for doing the real work about body proportions. I too have been critical of TT for years on a number of his projects. IMO he has done some good work, but he has also got a lot wrong. In the end all I had to do was analyze the liar Bob H’s walk and ridiculous suit against the walk and gait of Patty by watching it many times to know they were not the same.

Charles R, I’m on vacation and I enjoy doing research, especially if it’s something I am interested in. Before switching to automotive and ultimately the aerospace industry, I was a professional photographer and photo editor with a daily newspaper. I also had a background shooting commercial jobs including fashion so when watching TT’s video I knew where he went wrong. Many times we would pick a model based solely on body proportion. A three piece 48 regular suit won’t fit the guy that’s a 48 tall or the guy that’s a 48 big.
I also have had issues with much of his work and I agree, Bob H convicted himself. As a scientist TT is great at selling t-shirts.
