The Sighting – Official Movie Trailer 2016

I am starting to see a lot of these movies coming out lately, here is the newest one: “One year after seven local students are inexplicably murdered at a lake house party near the Canadian border, recent high school grads Travis and his buddy Nate plan a celebratory road trip to Canada. While cutting through the woods at night, the two friends are savagely attacked by mysterious creatures and Nate is dragged off leaving Travis to run for help. After Travis’s efforts to save Nate end tragically, the police begin to investigate the events surrounding the deaths and question Travis’s claims of bloodthirsty Sasquatch-like creatures in the woods”

    I too have noticed that there are more and more movies being released that deal with the subject of Sasquatch.

    Perhaps it’s by design. They know this can’t be kept under wraps much longer and they may be trying to mentally preparing us for the reveal.

    I bet you’ll never see a movie made that depicts the reality of the situation. The government doesn’t want people knowing they’ve known about these creatures all along.

    i saw an article explaining that there have been a surge in alien and ufo movies in the last decade for the same reason. For when they do arrive, peaceful or not, it is to cause us to fight or uprise, but against what? …

    Well, if Sasquatch is as strong as we believe, I don’t think he is “dragging” anyone. I hear that reference from time to time and it puzzles me. If, pound for pound, they are a few times stronger than homo sapiens, and they are, on average several times as large, an easy flip over the shoulder seems sufficient to carry off a grown man. Be like a 200 lb man carrying 15-25lbs. Do I have this wrong?

      Agreed.
      Have you ever seen the tv ads for Jack Links called “messing with sasquatch”? If not, I suggest you check them out in YouTube. The commercials always have a group of campers who play practical jokes on sasquatch which anger him and things in turn go badly for the campers. In the commercial I saw, the angered saquatch picks up this guy by the ankles and swings him like a baseball bat against the side of a tree. They cut away from the scene just as the man’s body is making contact with the tree, but you can tell that it was going to be brutal. THATS how I’d imagine a Bigfoot would pick someone up.

      I wonder where the people who came up with that ad campaign got the idea?

    I don’t buy into the argument that Gov’t is behind cryptid/ufo movies or TV programs. People trying to make a buck m the horror/science fiction genre are behind this. The topic of Gov’t & media as it relates to this topic would make a good discussion in the Forum.

      You’d better start buying into it because it’s true. The Government IS in control of everything you see on TV and in the movies. The CIA has long ago infiltrated the tv, film, radio and print industries and effectively controls 90% of the information we receive in this country. A similar situation exists in the U.K.
      I’m not here to debate this fact, if you don’t believe it research it for yourself online while you still can. But beware of the many ‘controlled opposition’ sites that will intentionally mislead you and fees you misinformation

    Mike beat me to it. Yes I’ve been waiting for Paper Dolls to be plucked from obscurity and released to public. Finally!! This was highly regarded when it screened several years ago at film festivals around the country. It actually won many “Best Of” show awards. Paper Dolls is a reference to the way the creatures stand hand to hand across the road blocking the vehicles from moving forward., just like the old paper doll cut out figures from years ago. Supposed to be psychological horror film.

    A great shout-out, to Jack33! Hits it right on the head! Since Govt. wants to control everything that has anything to do with the “citizenry”, and they DO control all “state-run” media, everything fits into its’ wonderful place; according to them. If anyone has any sense at all, just figure it out. Govt. ain’t your buddy or your pal. It hasn’t been Govt. by the people-for the people, for over two hundred years. When George Washington, finally got his head around the fact that Irish and Scottish Americans’, were making better Whisky than he was, he of course had to in-act a Whiskey tax, in order to get rid of the competition. When that didn’t work, he simply got an army together and started killing Americans’! Anything new under the sun? Naw, it’s just a little crummier now. Why do you suppose that when-ever a cop comes on this program, it’s always-anonymous? It’s how the Govt. imprisons the people; give em cash (pensions), keep em trudging toward that deep-wide trough, and use it as a sword over their heads’, just in case they ever want to bad mouth big-brother. I pitty this country, I really do. It sends off it’s bravest and brightest to get shot to hell-and-gone, in some foreign war, then, if they do get home, it still tries to hold that sword over them. Not for much longer though; there’s a DAY a coming! Peace brothers!
