That little hottie could interview anyone she wants, when she wants.. Good way to get stories about our neighborhood BF activities…I believe Bear and Coobo about what calls you need to make. You can’t just go out and start screaming noise, because that is all it is- noise…

I’m convinced that “Patty” and her troop spread the word about these two men recording her on film. BF are smarter, and more communicative across the board with all other troops, than we’ve ever given credit for… a kind of BF pony express. Doesn’t that sound ridiculous? That’s okay, that’s what I believe. And that’s why no one has come close to footage as good as the Patterson Gremlin filmed encounter., IMHO.

Bayfield, CO area very squatchy too, San Juan national forest, we stayed at Lake Venecito, we heard lots of weird shit. When we left, we found a BFRO encounter documented online, three cops got run out of there one night. One watched their backs armed, while the other two packed up, then they got followed down the road. When they stopped to unload weapons a few miles down the road, they heard these creatures had caught up to them. There’s also a “Devil Mountain Road” but we drive on it.

I applaud the effort to go out with them. Typical ha hee hee ho ho by the news anchors at the end. The man anchor says Patty was proven to be false. Good for the lady to correct him at least she knows a bit.

We were on a 9 state, 21 day summer vacation, we never slept in the same place twice. We hit 9 national parks, it was a once in a lifetime trip. We spent one night on the north end of the San Juan national forests couple of days later on our way to the Rockie Mountain national park. We heard voices that time in the woods, we couldn’t make out what was being said. We assumed the campground extended that way south of us into the woods, we didn’t find out ’till the next day that we were at the far edge of the campground. Sounded like a family at a campground, but there was no campground there, and no access road. I don’t know if Wes can find those three cops, the BFRO report didn’t name them, but their camp was encroached by multiple creatures to where they my scared enough to leave. We didn’t learn about that incident unti we had left.

During the night at Lake Venicito near Bayfield, my wife heard what started out as dogs barking but turned into monkey sounds. I told her bullshit, that’s when she found the three cops encounter on BFRO at that same location. The only reason I said she was full of shit is ’cause I heard some whoops and a growl outside of the Santa Fe national forest a couple of nights before and she didn’t believe me so I was trying to get even with her. We were armed, but I was shitting bricks, my heart was pounding out of my chest. The whoops were distant, but the growl was close.

To be clear, we were at a campground, the three cops were primitive camping up in the mountains around Lake Venicito. So I’d say they were more vulnerable than us.
