The Lights of Saratoga Texas

The “Light of Saratoga” is a legend located in the Big Thicket of Southeast Texas. This legend of a mysterious light is also known as the “Ghost Road” of Saratoga, the “Saratoga Light”, and “Bragg Road Ghost Light” by local residents.

Located on a dirt road, it is a light that may appear and disappear at random during the dark of night without explanation.

Four guys, Dan, Jake, Clint and Dave decide to investigate whether there is anything to the legend of the Saratoga Lights in southeast Texas.

If that’s the real deal and not a hoax. It’s a great piece of video. It may be a probe of some sort. It would be interesting to get on it with optics, thermal and a laser and see what the results are.

I just drove thru a part of Newton county in far East Texas today. Texas State highway 12 to be exact. Man it is desolate and quite frankly, I would not want to be stuck out there in the middle of the night. It is spooky during the day, not a car in sight until you get into Louisiana. Then when you cross the Sabine into Louisiana, you can’t see any human habitat for a good 10 to 15 miles. And mind you, this was at 8 o’clock in the morning! The things people see and hear, who actually live there would make for a great show. Driving on that rural highway was an eye opener. I believe Hardin County is separated by Newton County, by Jasper County. Oh man, it was creepy.

      Bal G,
Maybe sometime you can talk to Wes?
I bet he would really like listening to the odd stories of the area.
Maybe he would do a show on it? Having call ins to the show about the
high strangeness would be an added bonus:)
