A listener writes “I was listening to EP625 before work tonight and had a similar experience with lights as the gentleman relating the story, except mine was at a place called tarantula mesa near the Henry mountains in Utah.
I worked as a survival instructor at a youth wilderness therapy program for a few years. We had a policy with the kids as to how we would sleep at night.
This particular night we were on the mesa sleeping in a row. head to toe, side by side. with me on one side and my partner on the other.
Total silence woke me up; I saw hovering about 3 feet or so above one of the youth an orb, very bright. this thing went from head to toe on each youth. I was unable to move but could see and hear ok, the orb got to me started at me feet, moved to my head, hovered for a moment, then shot off into the night.
We (staff and youth) had many, many UFO/strange light stories from the boulder mountain / Henry mountains of Utah.”

The Henry Mtn’s have the only totally wild herd of Bison roaming those mountains in the USA. There are monster Mule deer and a small herd of elk and I am sure bigfoot lives on those mountain. awesome place.

Gosh, and I just barely got back from walking my dog down the Henry Mountain access road this evening and seeing weird foot prints out there that we kind of alarming. (I always look at the tracks when I go hiking to see what animals have come and gone, because the dogs have been freaking out at night lately–probably just a bobcat, though.) I live 12 miles from the foot of the Henry’s and my “neighbor,” who lives right under Mt Ellen, somewhat sheepishly described watching, with his entire family, a UFO descend on his ranch land. It’s not my story to tell, so I will stop right there. I was never really interested in the subject of aliens and UFO’s but I listened to him tell his tale, and I have to say, I definitely believe he saw “something.” He’s a pretty sober, religious guy and seemed pretty embarrassed to tell me about this. No doubt about it, there’s a weird vibe out there sometimes.
