The “Gorilla” in Ohio

Bob writes “Long before the term “bigfoot” or “grassman” came around, there were numerous reports of a wildman or gorilla in Ohio. I bring up several points which skeptics can address but not refute. Like and subscribe if you’d like to see more!”

I may be wrong but when the Vikings came to America, wasn’t there stories about how they encountered hairy giants or wild men? Does anyone know what I’m talking about??

Well according to Trapper of AIMS ( Mountain Monsters ) the Ohio Grassman is the biggest and badest Bigfoot out there. I rest my case.

I think you have a good point Bob about the native populations here. In same vein as the early Gorilla’s dying of human disease, I think and others have also that the Bigfoot population to a tremendous hit in North America as the human movement west went on. This may account for their extreme paranoia about us. Today will so much activity going on and now in rural not heavily forested areas it seems the population is growing significantly. It is only a matter of time until as Dr. John Bindernagle puts it, Acknowledgement.

Bob, very well done and compelling. Like you said, these people had no idea what they were seeing and yet were describing to a “T” what witnesses are seeing presently. I would love to hear from a skeptical biologist or scientist and hear them explain this away.

Interesting. Thank you for the history lesson. It’s a great reminder of how much we have taken out Native American culture for granted. They have so much knowledge they have been willing to pass down and share.

I’m ashamed to say I didn’t know Ohio didn’t have as native population to learn from. Along with the total description I believe its pretty irrefutable! Another great lesson. Thank you!
