Chris writes “Does the infamous 59-seconds of shaky, grainy Bigfoot footage shot by Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin in 1967 the woods in Northern California prove the existence of Bigfoot? And more importantly is the footage real, and if so how was it made and originally distributed? Those are just some of the questions that guest Phil Hall researched and answered for his new book, “The Weirdest Movie Ever Made: The Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot Film.” Phil details what he discovered and uncovered about the film, the conspiracies surrounding it, and even the filmmakers themselves (who were actually rodeo riders; not filmmakers). He shares other Bigfoot sighting stories he stumbled across as he worked on his book, and offers his own theory about whether or not Bigfoot really exists, including the one featured in the Patterson-Gimlin film.”

If you want to know the story of the film all you have to do is listen to Bob

M.K. Davis is mad as heck that others are getting all the publicity for “researching” the Patterson Gimlin film. He recently has been saying some horrible things about Patterson and Gimilin, even accusing them of working for a logging company that hired them to kill many “Bigfoot” creatures. He says that they “murdered” at least 5 and most likely more Sasquatch. Of course, Bob has denied that there were any logging companies in the area at the time that he and Patterson were there. Even though it was over 50 years ago Davis says that he has researched this and has the proof even though there are zero internet sources on which to find any of this “evidence” and there are zero records of that logging company. He also says that the “Patty” film was made with very expensive professional grade cameras but that the film was deliberately degraded so that no one would know that the species really existed. So according to Davis, Patterson and Gimlin killed all these Sasquatch and then took a professional grade movie of a surviving creature only to have the film degraded so that no one could know that they really exist. Davis also accused Bob of taking the only thing that Patterson’s widow had, which was the Bigfoot film. He honestly said that! You can’t get much lower than telling lies like that but the trashing goes on.
It’s all too crazy to retell. Dee Daws did a two part video on MK Davis “the Bluff Creek Conspiracy.” I hate to mention it since I don’t want Daws getting more views. There are others who have also wanted to hear what Davis has to say but few care to listen expect those who have no real idea who Davis is.
This guy that is being interviewed on this video wrote a book by reading other people’s writings about the subject. What a novel idea. Why bother to ask Bob Gimlin? He is the only living person who was actually there!

Like I said. If you want the story all you have to do is listen to Bob Gimlin. I believe Bob and anyone who thinks that the Patterson Gimlin film is a fake needs to educate themselves. Bob has been ripped off by shitty people since 1967. The man is partly responsible for perhaps the greatest discovery known to man in my lifetime. I get that the post is about the film itself but Phil Hall cant even name another Indian or indigenous name for Sasquatch. The species is alive and well and it is my hope before I leave this world that Science and the powers that be confirm and acknowledge the TRUTH! Thanks Wes and I hope you are feeling better!

I keep meaning to listen to the show that he did with Dee Daws, but keep putting it off because that would mean having to listen to Dee Daws.
Daws is the worst kind of’researchers’. Knows everything that there is to know about these creatures. Constantly alludes to special knowledge that only he has. On the last show that I tried to listen to, he was trying to make a case for the problem of racism in the cryptid community. Wtf? Guy’s a buffoon.

Agreed Joe D SC is by far the best. WJ is the same as DD they claim to have all kinds of top secret information that they refuse to share.

The guy being interviewed here has obviously not looked very hard into the subject. The one remaining bigfoot per his explanation must really get around. Just look at google earth with the BFRO plugin. Thousands of reported sightings, probably 100X more unreported. Obviously has not listened to many first hand accounts, as he’s able to explain everything away so easily. I’d like his explanation for that thermal video from Florida a few years ago. Or maybe explain how the guy in the patterson ” bigfoot costume” carried an extra 800 pounds while walking away from the camera so casually. (based on track depth) Add 200 lbs to most people and walking would be quite a struggle. Must have been quite the athlete. Maybe read the Missing 911 books and explain how on many occasions kids under 5 years old are found 20 miles away and thousands of feet higher in elevation than where they were lost. Not sure how this guy can sell a book having no idea of the subject matter. Never seen or heard anything myself, but the overwhelming evidence including first-hand accounts makes me very cautious, as something more is going on out there other than just a guy in a suit.
