People are still afraid of being ridiculed. I heard it here. He asked, “Why would my father sit down and tell us a BS story, something like that if it wasn’t real?”

Great stories, and like he said back in those days ya Sat down as a family and ate dinner and they would talk about the day they had as a family so his Father’s story was not BS. And love you way this man tells his stories, so much emotion.

I like the account of his heritage and connection to his father’s experience. I am a skeptic to his own story – a few details appeared Atypical of dog behavior (I suppose some dogs bark at BF and we hear this but mostly, they cower). The skeptic in me has trouble when someone describes the cliche Orangutan color and emphasizes so strongly in voice fluctuation while this same person, given his legacy, would have likely heard many encounters revealing this color. At least by reasonable person standards. Inquiry into others stories on the subject would be standard. IDK. I buy the dads account, as even though it is second hand, it rung as seemingly truthful and made sense about the rational with dinner announcement etc. With his own story however, I struggle with the apparent cliches and lack of uniquire detail in the BF encounter. I am not saying he is lying at all – this one just leaves me feeling like something was not resounding of fact. Need more info or a more detailed account. Im a pretty good read of honesty in people who give testimony but I have been wrong before.
