StudySasquatch writes “We were setting up camp near Morton, WA at about 6:00 PM when we started hearing whoops from the surrounding forest.
I ran to my vehicle to turn on the digital sound recorder and captured this recording. We believe the whoops and the howls are from at least two different sasquatch. The recorded audio is played while a photo of the camp where it was recorded is shown.”

I don’t think I’d stay for the night ….

That is the same howl I heard! It was at the same time of the year and if 2010 is correct then it was the same year. We live in Mineral which is near Morton. It was at about 1 or 2 in the morning and I had let my dogs out to do their business. It was totally silent out there, then the howl started and when it stopped every dog in the whole town started barking like mad! It seemed to come from behind the house which is toward the direction of Morton. This happened a couple of times that summer. I will never forget the sound. I am kind of relieved that someone else may have it too.

Woops – typed too fast -got excited. I’m kind of glad someone else may have heard it too! I know I didn’t imagine it!

Very good quality sound. Matter of fact, it sounds like the woolly boogers from East TX! Whoop!

I attended a BFRO expedition out there in 2014. Lots of cool sounds and sightings while we were there. I never heard howls or whoops like these though.

I worked in Morton one winter, and it was very cold. It sure looks like a great place for Sasquatch to live!

Our dog does not like those at all…barks and growls
