Something Spotted On Survivorman: Bigfoot Texas Episode

People keep sending this to me, I have watched it several times and I do not see anything. Anyone see anything in this video? Maybe my eyes are going. I do not mean that in a mean way I really do not see what this guy see’s.

Ok, This is, without ANY question, vegetation in the close foreground near the camera. I have seen this frequently with image analysis as people look at the media for a long period of time, their mind starts filling in the blanks to identify findings. I would LOVE for this to be something more than that; however, it is just out of focus foreground artifact due to camera angle and panning to the right. Watch closely as the object in question moves in tandem with vegetation closest to the camera. Wes, you are seeing tall grass…

I agree as well. When the footage is slowed down (frame by frame), it does appear to be a large object moving through the tall weeds, but when played at actual speed you can see that it is the vegetation creating an optical illusion…although, I could be wrong.

Everytime I see these videos were they slow the shot down to frame by frame it seems like you can see various things that look like a figure, eyes, movement etc. It’s like those books that have patterns of color or shapes that your supposed to stare at till it looks the shapes are moving or an object pops out. I can usually never see these damn things. Then I’ve seen ones that pop out right away that are supposable more difficult.Strange but basically they’re illusions and its strange how everyone’s persepsion is totally different . I’ve seen people argue over what shape they think a clouds shape looks like over what another’s perception of the same cloud may be . Ridiculous right? Though this video will be debated just the same. All comes down to ones perception and if that’s the case we might as well be cloud watching as this one isn’t much different.

I saw this video a little while back in normal frame and was just yesterday looking for it,but could only find the frame by frame one. To me it looked like a BF.. but in this frame by frame,it kind of reminded me of a camera man with a camera strapped around his body for stability with the camera on arms sits higher then the guy forward a little and that might be what we see. I do know he is not always filming alone. As we all know, they also use drones while filming the higher shots like you see it approaching Les and whatever is in the bushes. I’d like to think its a BF but how could they miss that as the drone moves forward. Was this shot edited from the episode? I now have to look for it.

it does look like a result of panning to the right, the last suggested upright stance movement looks odd. if the film was shown with and without the bloke zooming in and about a point of reference could be more easily obtained maybe. BEICE??? can’t say…

I found that full episode and it looks like DrAaron was right and boy was i wrong. Not a camera man or BF.It shows clearly that it is vegetation. Its amazing how we sometimes see what we want to see…

It’s a “booger-man”, plain and simple! Jeepers, this reminds me of comments I’ve heard, where someone says’ ” he couldn’t hit the broad-side of a barn”! Yea, that’s the kind of guy I wouldn’t want watching my back; the guy that can’t hit the barn-or see it for that matter. I’m very happy for the “survivor man”, seriously man; that fricken thing was twelve feet tall, if it was an inch! Hoogy smokes’! Great camera work.
