A listener from Ohio writes “Last summer…Sitting in my house, all the windows were open. It was just after 11pm that I heard a ruckus going on in the woods to the left of my house. I put the TV volume on silent. Sounded like a crowd of people walking through the woods. Just alot of banging around going on in there, It was so loud. So I shut the TV off and sat in silence for about 3 minutes…if that. Sounded like someone was chopping down a tree.
I went to the back of my house and grabbed a flashlight.I got one of those badass LED lights that can cut through the darkness. So I paced around the house quietly for a minute and decided to shine it out the back door. Bad mistake!!!
I saw branches shaking …I no longer thought there was teenagers goofing off in my woods. So after I shine the light, whatever was out there was not fazed. It kept beating and banging around. So I come back to the front of the house and sat in the dark for a few minutes..Regained sanity…feeling ok..All of a sudden…Something huge banged into the side of my house!!!…right next to the window I was sitting by. Felt like a bull rammed into my house. Shook it! I could hear it breathing. I could not move. I felt trapped on my own couch…I knew what was outside of that window.
I got so scared, I jumped up and ran to the back of my house..where my husband was sound asleep. As I ran, I heard that banging on my house like 2 more times. I woke up my husband. And told him what happened.he said yeah right, go to sleep. I laid in bed that night and I could hear that thing breathing. Outside of my bedroom window..I could smell garbage. Like a bag of trash that’s been out in the sun all day. I had an exhaust fan in my window, so this smell was intense. It was defiantly coming from outside. Just a very nasty smell. I’m just laying in my bed trying to be logical here. The exhaust fan was on high and I could hear breathing. Like a man panting because he was out of breath. I could smell a very rancid smell.”

Very scary! Also hope she can be interviewed by Wes. Maybe her husband was just in denial – how could he not hear and smell what she had experienced?

I know the feeling that smell same smell came through my window on at least two different occasions. The sewage smell. My husband and son would see eye shine at the edge of the woods which was next to a raven by our home too and make sounds and get sounds back. But I was home alone when I had my experience and the fear is horrible. I never thought to call the police I guess because I wasn’t sure what to say to them.
I would love to hear this persons experience. Scary ! This is the Sasquatch or Bigfoot support group therefore you are in the right place???? thank you Wes for having some place where we can come share our experiences.
