Searching for Skunk Ape

Erik K Swanson writes “Bigfoot is called Skunk Ape in Florida. Hear from men who had encounters with the hairy man, and learn about their search for this mythical creature.

Florida has the third highest number of bigfoot sightings in the united States. Locally the creature is known by many names – skunk ape, swamp ape, wood booger – but they all refer to the beast commonly called bigfoot.

Stories of a hairy wild man can be traced back hundreds of years in Florida. Newspaper reports from the 1800s mention it, and the Seminole Indians have a name for the creature, Esti Capcacki.

This full length documentary is my journey to learn more about the skunk ape. I connected with Matt Larson, who is looking for Bigfoot in central Florida, and was able to join him and others for a few days out in the field.

The group taught me a lot about Bigfoot. I learned about theories of their behavior that I had not heard before, and learned about the difficulties in trying to find this elusive creature.

They share their insights into the search for bigfoot, and stories about their encounters with the creature.”

I want to share this thought with everyone who is delving into the paranormal or unexplained looking for answers. When you don’t know what answer you’re seeking or when you’ve definitely found it you can easily be misled to a false one and accept it.

I especially think of Brent from Paranormal Portal, who I believe is a very very good guy at heart with good intentions but has also modified his show lately.

When researching into dark topics, this “thing”, evil or dark entity could be slipping right past your radar and you may actually be perpetuating it or glorifying it without even knowing it. It all goes back to the lines of good and evil being blurred and how we need that line.

I hope what I have to say will open peoples eyes and I believe it is a very important topic about looking for or studying something you might not be able to prove.

Here’s how sneaky evil can be:

Some things in life pertaining to the occult are deemed a little too taboo or one could say sa7@nic. Let’s take the Ouija board for example. You might have morals that go against using such a thing as it may promote a negative aspect or go against your own personal views as to what you’re trying to accomplish or communicate with. There are also several stories of possession and negativity that go along with the using of one that I’m sure is common knowledge.

Now when you examine all these ghost shows and gadgets that they use that have become widespread and popular, how is that not basically a new age digital Ouija device? Spirit talkers and such. You’re using it for the same purpose correct?
How is howling or knocking on a tree in the forest any different? Everything is about intention.

How would you know where any of these potential voices, responses, information, words or “evidence” is coming from… or if it’s actually leading you or others into something darker by making it seem socially acceptable or even fun? These are how the lines get blurred and how something evil can sneak through our defenses.

I think if a person sees and believes in good, forgiveness and grace through a Creator or through
The Father (God), Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit (Faith), you can see into this darkness much more clearly and help others see better as well.

Idk for sure but something tells me that evil is always looking for a new angle to get in. To me it’s very possible that the modern day opposite of the Holy Trinity could very well be Lucif€r, cryptid/paranormal, technology (AI)… something like that.

Be safe, be aware everyone. Draw that line of good and continually raise the bar when you can and it will rise up many… and use technology with positive intentions and in moderation when you can. It is definitely a tool… but for just about anything that wants to use it or use against you IMO🌞🙏🏼

You should keep your calls and start hunting regular ducks. I hear those demonic ducks are hard to gauge, especially when you’re spiritually blind… they can affect a fella and make his attitude fowl… on second thought, maybe just ditch the calls. Lol

No worries Lynn, I was just having fun with you as well:) I’ve always believed people have their own choices and everything is free will. My intention isn’t to save anybody or tell people what to do with their lives or how to act… just offering thoughts that may indirectly help someone… that’s all.

If I was being tougher on you (which I wasn’t) I might’ve said it seemed slightly disturbing that something in you got defensive about me possibly giving an awareness or light be put on about dipping your toe into darkness with those demonic duck calls, or that you chose to damn Donald (a duck character that has more human characteristics than it does duck). But you do you dude. Lol☀️🙏🏼

You know what Lynn? I think you might not have taken my first reply to you so well because you didn’t notice the same flavor of Spirit Box/Duck hunting humor coming right back at you and you missed the use of my duck hunting terms (gauge, blind, and fowl)… it was dark spiritual humor versus light spiritual humor 😄. Have a great day Lynn!
