Pan Handle of West Virginia …… That has to be up between Wheeling & Clarksburg . I recall working there doing Seismic Work . They do have the Rough Terrain, & some Deep Woods. It would not Surprise me at all, That something can Hide in the Remote Wilderness there .

My mom grew up in Pine Grove, which is close to big run. The area is defiantly rural. Wetzel county is a bit farther than 30 mins. south of wheeling. Great website
