A listener writes “Hey Wes I am a artist and outdoorsman living in Maryland. I am a big fan of the show and have been into the study of Bigfoot for many years. In my art I study nature to get details correct for environments, movements and overall ways of animals,fish and birds.
My sighting still seems unreal and quick while driving (slowed in traffic) on 95 N North Carolina. A 4-6 ft tall hair the color of dead pine needles dark eyes,gray face and hands both arms out stretched to the sides, this was in the median strip between highway North and South. It seemed surreal or fake as we slow rolled past at 20mph but my gut says it was real.!?!? Was it trapped there due to traffic, holding still like a tree among other trees.?
Event was March 2017 and I just did the drive again 2018 and my eyes were peeled the whole trip as usual. My guess is there may be other sightings.

Truckers and even Rock Bands have had sightings while out on the road. Truckers especially who drive along the same routes would be interesting for a multiple sightings….eg. I had three sightings over the years in the fall/October in XYZ location. I think Coonbo has tried to get some over time sightings.

Does anyone know anything about a sighting in which a dazed Bigfoot was seen wandering among the cars sitting still in a traffic jam in broad daylight? Supposedly it was seen by up to 100 people, including a Sheriff’s Deputy who radioed it in. Sorry I don’t have more details. I heard it about 2010, and it wasn’t too recent then. I don’t recall the state, maybe California? It was one of those “Bigfoot stories by the campfire” stories, but the source was a long-time researcher (now passed away).
