We are very excited to let you all know that the merchandise shop is up and running. You will find the link in the top navigation bar.
For this first release we wanted to do something special, so we have created a limited-run of items to commemorate the launch. The clothing items are premium, high-quality products, and feature a custom “thank you” logo as a way of showing our appreciation to you, the fans, without whom we would have never been able to reach this point. Any of the clothing items that feature the Limited Edition logo will have limited quantities available, and will not be featured again with this logo once they have sold out. However, rest assured that we are already in the process of ordering a variety of General merchandise that will be available for purchase shortly after the Limited Edition release has concluded – so if you miss out, don’t fret!
We will be listening to your feedback and suggestions to continue bringing you exciting new items. We have already taken notes on the comments made on the initial blog announcement, and will keep you posted when new products become available.
The following notes should address some of the questions we’ve already received, and will help you interact with the shops features:
• The store will open in a separate window and looks different from the podcast page. We tried to distance the two sites as much as possible because they will use two different sets of logins if you are a podcast subscriber and choose to create a customer account in the shop.
• We have created a separate support email address that you may reach out to for any questions or concerns related to your order, specific merchandise items, or the shop in general. Please direct these types of questions to the Contact Us form at the bottom of the Shop rather than to Wes directly as we have put together a team specifically to handle the shop, and this will be the quickest way to receive a response.
• We have tested the site as much as possible before the release, however there may be some issues that will only arise now that the shop is live. If you run into any trouble, please just send us an email at shop@sasquatchchronicles.com and we will address it as quickly as possible.
• When you checkout, you can either checkout as a guest or create an account.
• If you choose to create a shop account, THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE LOGIN THAT YOU USE TO LISTEN TO MEMBER CONTENT ON THE POSCAST. You can use your Shop Login to view your past orders and update your billing/shipping address(es).
• If you choose to checkout as a guest, you will still receive email notifications as your order is processed and shipped.
• The password requirement to create an account may seem a little tricky. Our web host is committed to implementing ways to keep your personal information secure, and as such requires strong passwords to help combat the growing number of electronic privacy attacks. We have no way to override their password requirements. We realize coming up with an “acceptable” password can prove to be challenging (trust us… we had to do it on our end to create our admin accounts as well), but have found that if you add symbols and capitalize the letters of separate words in what you would typically use as a password, it will generally be accepted (Examples: Sas-Chron-Shop or *DamnDirtyApes*).
• We will be offering international shipping, so no one should be left out of the opportunity to purchase items from the shop. If shipping options do not populate for any reason, please send us an email with your name and mailing address and we will look into it further.
• Our shipping rates are based on the physical weights of the products in your cart and are determined by current USPS pricing.
• There is a navigation bar at the bottom of each page that has some helpful links, including a separate Shop FAQ page and a Contact Us form.
• If you run into any problems, or have any questions, we ask that you please refer first to the Shop FAQ page before sending your question via email. This will help us reserve our efforts to ensuring that orders and specific questions that are not already addressed are processed quickly.
• Please also bear in mind that we are a very small organization. We will address your concerns as quickly as possible, but please try to be patient with us during these first few weeks as this is a completely new adventure for us!
We hope that you enjoy the merchandise as much as we enjoyed creating it, and thank you again for your support of the show – you are what makes us able to continue doing what we love!

THANK YOU Wes for opening this store! Have been hoping you would ever since you first mentioned it. Have been your fan since blogtalk radio. Placed my order yesterday and found it is set up nice and is easy to order from.
Nice you have sizes that go all the way up to 3X for my hubby, too. Anyone over that size shouldn’t expect to be able to order from anywhere except specialty stores, like maybe those geared towards mountain giants, gugwes and Genoskwa..LOL!
