I always wanted to interview Robert. He was one of those guys that lived in the thick of things. I was always fascinated with his work and I am sorry to hear of his passing.
I have always thought Robert had huge brass balls of steel:

I’m sorry to hear this. I agree with Wes he was a very brave man. There were videos of his where you couldn’t help being scared for his safety.

Thatâs awful! His early work off that highway was the best proof since the patty film. I showed skeptics a couple of his really good early work which clearly showed something standing up right with eyesight and the behavior how it was swaying and ducking and the speed of it is hard to deny. Itâs much better than all that paradolia and pixel smear shit. Rest In Peace Robert! Looks like we are back to looking at shrubs

This is so sad! My condolences to his friends & family … he had some of the most spine tingling videos with the peekaboo Bigfootâs … he will be greatly missed!

Gone to a better squatching ground, Robert shall be missed – but not by the many many Boogers he pissed off for our benefit. Thanks, Robert!

Robert had only one goal in his retirement years- it was to obtain undeniable video footage of Bigfoot. He devoted years living in the forest to study and film every step of the way. His original filming was done in east Texas, but after severe flooding ran them out of that area, he learned of some property in southeast Oklahoma that was owned by a man who wanted a caretaker of his property, and the owner had already had run ins with the bigfoot. The property backed up to a national forest, so Robert was in Research heaven.
He managed to catch several of the creatures on video. I have been reviewing his footage- frame by frame- for several years, in my free time. It will take years to go thru it all. I wonât stop until I have viewed all of it. It is his legacy. It may not be the âproofâ all of the naysayers, but those of us who followed him KNOW. Robert wasnât a faker. He was crazy as hell, cursed worse than any sailor, had poor social skills, and was a loner. But Robert was NOT a liar or a fake. Period.
I will remain the administrator of his Facebook page (bigfoot hunter videos) as long as we still have members. He asked me to do that, and I shall carry it on for those who want to see what he spent his life doing- searching for Bigfoot.
