A white object is seen briefly and it appears to be moving at a high rate of speed.The witness was filming a horse and captured the object on camera.

It was something going pretty fast across the sky. I was looking for the horse being filmed ?

First enhancement looked spherical to me. Failed to say if she heard any noise.

That could be anything terrestrial.
To hard to tell without scale or another point of reference in the sky moving as well .
It don’t think many people are aware of how fast some of the new drones and RC planes especially the ducted jets can fly
Some of these things can really move!

F35s do maneuvers out of Burlington VT – not too far away. They can fly mach 1.2

It is hard to tell what it is… but please note that Poplar Tree ‘fluff’ also appears like this when the white seed fluff conglomerates and floats through the air, caught in the wind. I have gotten it on video many times and can see how anyone would think it is a potential UFO at a high altitude.
Too bad, in this video, it doesn’t cross paths with the bird in the sky – for a point of height reference (whether showing up infront, or hidden behind the bird).
