A listener writes “I hope this video comes through clear. I had a buddy turkey hunting in South Carolina this past weekend and he took this video.
He had no idea what it was and had never heard anything like it in the woods. He sent it to me just out of curiosity and the sounds immediately reminded me of clips you’ve shared of the Ohio howler during various episodes. Tell me your thoughts please. Thanks”
I took the original video and increased the sound. Take a listen

It’s gotta be one. It sounds just like all the others, and by now, there are many.

A foreboding sound in the dark night for sure. I’m wondering did he leave immediately or was this an overnight camping trip as well as a hunting trip?

It has a very low voice, just may be one, however it did not seem to bother the other critters, birds I believe.

To any non-believer= if that’s NOT a Sasquatch, please tell us what it WAS.

Makes me wonder, was the voice far away? Isn’t it true that when these creatures are said to be around, everything goes quiet where one can hear a pine cone drop? But other than that, sounds like a good vocal of some kind, other than a human creature. Thx Wes.
